Showed up right on time. Their system sent notifications letting me know when they were on their way and estimate arrival time. They surveyed, and immediately quoted the work. They did not try to overall sell me they understood the situation. Fixed some cracking in the mortar on top of the Chimney, as noted by inspector and installed new Chimney cap. They have always shown up on time and are very respectful. The quality of their work is top notch. I am more than pleased. Side note: Through ignorance, I was burning some wood that created a lot of creosote in my wood boiler and chimney. They explained, in detail, the best way to avoid that in the future. Now I'm confident that I will avoid a dangerous creosote build up again. I highly recommend this company to everyone. One more thing; as a single older woman, I've been screwed over a few times from other people. Certified Chimney is the polar opposite. The cost of their work is consistent and fair.
