We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Very disappointed with the performance of the system package that cost me over $10,000 (I purchased…read moretheir premium/top level speaker package and a number of other items they recommended). Before the installation, I shared my concerns below with the sales person/installer: 1. The size of the inwall speakers the recommended would not likely reproduce the full range of sound desired (especially midrange frequencies) 2. The soundstage produced by the front three speakers needed to anchor vocals to the faces onscreen - not localized to a speaker (especially not to the center channel located below screen). 3. I wanted clean but very strong bass performance that you could feel but not localize to a point in the room. After the installation I received a full demo and sure enough - they failed on all three points. - There is minimal midrange reproduction - The voices are localized on the center channel speaker (despite adjustments) - The powered subwoofer cost over $1,000, but lacks any real impact and it is easy to place where it is in the room I spent time afterwards with the installer sharing my concerns and asking for adjustments to be made. He made some efforts, but the equipment and configuration still produces very, very thin sound reproduction. There is no full range of deep rich sound in action movies (vehicle engines, explosions, etc.). Music on soundtracks sounds like it is playing out of a hand held radio. I told him I was not satisfied and not happy. All he could offer was to sell me additional speakers (left and right tower cabinet speakers and a second subwoofer), and he would give me credit back for two of the in wall speaker The amp is likely not adequate - should have gone with something higher current (Denon, Marantz or similar?). I trusted my money with their expertise/recommendations, and really feel like I failed to pick the right Home Theater company to accomplish a simple HT set up. The room is a dedicated HT room, only 14'x21' with 10' ceilings. I should have done more research. Lastly - on a personal note, I believe how an installer approaches "wire management" (see photos - no methodology) is an indicator of their attention to detail what standard they set for themselves. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

Bart was absolutely great to work with…read more We had a brand new dryer with "sensor dry" that kept coming out every so slightly damp. I'm very sensitive to mildew smell so it was driving me crazy. We hired The Lint Specialist and Bart provided updates on his ETA on a stormy day about 2 hours prior to arriving and again about 30 mins out. He showed me some deficiencies he identified and suggested a few fixes, although he was never pushy at all. Since our cleaning, our dryer runs perfectly, (even the sensor dry) so we'll definitely be saving on our energy!

They sealed off the area for us, replaced the insulation and sheet rock, primed the surface, and painted the next day. They ensured our house was still livable during the job and accommodated our newborn infant with sealing off the area, ventilation during the work, and water-based paint for the job, so there was no harmful VOCs after the job was done. The price was also very reasonable and fair. Would recommend GC painting and hire Chris again for any painting and interior restoration needs!
