This was a pool that was double the size of a residential pool because it was a professional pool. I fully expected to pay more than $10,000. In all, including the fill dirt, I paid about $7,000. He kept in touch with me as to when he would be here and what he was doing. While he was here, he noticed that I was having trouble because of a fall I had a year ago going up and down steps from the house to the yard. He offered to redo the steps to make it easier for me at no charge except the materials. The pool was filled in and it's perfect. The steps were completed, and I am thrilled. I would absolutely recommend him if you need any type of concrete work done, or if you need an old pool filled in. It is not easy to find people as qualified and considerate as he is. Please note, I have no affiliation with him. He was recommended by Bucky's where I obtained the fill dirt.

After having 2 other companies come out giving inaccurate reviews of my septic system using methods…read morethat are not allowed to determine a pass or fail, I am so thankful i called Wayne at Crotty Services and he was able to come out and do a proper inspection and pump my tanks. He is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of septic systems and explained everything as he was working. He is also HONEST and will give you an honest review of your system. Other companies will look to make you feel like you need to spend a lot of money on a system that is working as intended just because they can. Dont waste your time or money on other companies when Crotty Services will do it right the first time and give you an honest assessment. They are not looking to take advantage of you for their financial gain. The other 2 companies that came out contradicted themselves on which tank was which, stuck their hand in the water and then smelled it to "confidently" determine which tank it was, sketched the tanks in the incorrect orientation, didn't even check one of the tanks before saying the tank was bad and performed checks on the tank incorrectly to determine a pass or fail. One of those companies have a lot of good reviews (the same company that didnt know what tank was what...) as well so that is very concerning. I wish i could give 10 stars because this is hands down the best company to call for your septic needs.
