I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Our heater was 20+ years old and we've been wanting to switch from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air for some time now. We decided to pull the trigger and did a full replacement of both units. They were extremely competitive when it came to pricing, another company was going to be significantly more expensive when we were just looking at the heater repair/replacement. Cody and Dylan were the two service techs that replaced the units and were great to work with. The first day they arrived they were very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect over the coming days. I didn't feel the need to check in with them because they would check in with me when they arrived every day and throughout so they could update me on the progress they were making. With the change in weather I've used both the AC and heating unit in the last couple of weeks and both are working great! I would recommend JP Plumbery to anyone in need of their services! Joe

This is about work done by JP Plumery in October 2024 (before their partnership with Signature…read moreHeating and Cooling). I had them install a new Carrier heat pump ($18K+) to replace a broken evaporative cooler/ancient furnace. The furnace was located in a second-floor closet, so that's where they installed the air handler (and coil), both installed vertically. Unbeknownst to me, a city permit was required for this work, which was NOT obtained by JP Plumery. Had a permit been obtained along with the city inspection, NONE of these problems would have occurred. 1. They did not correct the air intake to handle a 4-ton heat pump (which they oversized - my house is only 1800 sq ft). They claimed a 20"x20" intake was completely fine for this system. Nope. It required a minimum of 1680 cfm air flow; a 20"x20" only provided 840 CFM. 2. The condensate drain they installed was completely incorrect - it had a long horizontal pipe immediately after the handler drain instead of a 5" long P trap to prevent the negative pressure from the air handler from sucking condensate back into the air handler (see photo with accompanying condensate inside the air handler). 3. The air handler was not installed 'square' onto the ductwork supplying the house (see photo). 4. They did not install an automatic shut-off required by city code to turn the unit off if the condensate pump pan overflowed and water backed up into the air handler. This caused flooding in the second-floor closet that leaked into the first-floor ceiling. Once this leak occurred in late July 2026 (and it had been going on for a while, just not noticed because it hadn't leaked through the ceiling yet), I called JP only to be connected to Signature Heating and Cooling. The air handler was full of water. The tech diagnosed inadequate air intake or a potential refrigerant leak causing the problem (the air was plenty cold coming out of the registers). When I asked why JP did not install the correct air intake, all I got was crickets. So I contacted the BBB and all of a sudden, they want to come out and 'take another look.' Same tech came out and denied that inadequate air intake was the problem and instead added more refrigerant, which made the condensation worse. For both of these visits, I was not given any objective measurements or photos taken by them. So I had two other HVAC companies come out to see what was going on. Both diagnosed the problem as an inadequate air intake and an improperly installed condensate drain with no automatic shut-off. I had both problems corrected and, what do you know, the problem was solved. All this during our 100-degree heat in August 2026. I went back to Signature Heating and Cooling/JP Plumery for reimbursement for the work I had to have done to correct their mistakes. All they have done is deny deny deny and will not take accountability for their mistakes. Now I have to have the city come out (at my additional expense) to retroactively issue a permit. The BBB was absolutely no help, so I've contacted the CID for New Mexico and will write reviews where-ever I can to warn you all about these merged companies. DO NOT do business with them. See my other reviews for who I recommend. JP can reply to this all he wants, but he knows what was done. It's funny, all they had to do was reimburse me $2500. Now I have a file a claim in court.
