They also understood the timelines and worked with the wedding coordinator to keep the reception activities moving as well as keeping the party going. My wife and I used DJ's and MC's for our wedding in 2004 and let me tell you, people STILL talk about our wedding to this day! We are always told that it was the best, most fun they've EVER had at a wedding and we TRULY believe that it's mainly because of Jason and DJ's and MC's. Sometimes weddings slow down or end soon or the dance floor is empty, but not at ours! The dance floor was packed all night and there was never a bad song in the mix thanks to Jason and the crew! Jason is one of the last DJ's that still uses true turntables and KNOWS how to use them. He can spin vinyl with the best of them and he also has the newest technology with laptops and digital mixing, not to mention great lights and fog if you need it! He's got what you need no matter what style you're wanting and he's got all the music you want. If there happens to be song he doesn't have... HE'LL GET IT! Just ask! We're so glad we hired them for our wedding and we've hired them for many parties after that with the same exact results! I'll save those experiences for another review. DJs and MCs worked our wedding recently, and they were awesome. A bunch of our guests told us after the wedding that it was the best DJ they've heard at a wedding -- and a couple of our friends with upcoming weddings ran over to ask them about working theirs. Mark DaVita did the DJ'ing and Jason helped run the show -- they were both great. We met with Mark months before the wedding and could quickly tell he was our guy -- super laid back but with a great vibe. Afterwards Jason was our main contact and he was on point, professional, and organized. We sent a bunch of song requests beforehand, and Mark worked them in nicely, mixed in with plenty of his own additions. The flow was great, nothing played too long or too short, and the energy was always right on key. They also had to move a bunch of equipment (speakers etc) from our ceremony site to our reception site -- which was no easy task given the huge hill separating the two! But they kept smiling and really helped give us a great wedding. Highly recommend them. read more

I just got married a couple of weeks ago and I used DJs and MCs for my wedding. They came highly recommended by Flory Photo and they were able to work with my price. Mark and Jason were AMAZING to work with. At no time did I have to worry about the music, knowing full well that Jason has everything under control. We used Mark as the dj for our wedding last October and he was fantastic! He really payed attention to the feel of the wedding -- pumping people up, keeping the energy high, and giving people breaks when they needed them. People were on the dance floor all night and everyone kept telling us how awesome our dj was. Jason helped coordinate and he was great to work with. Jason and staff are amazing. They just did our wedding in Sonoma on July 11th, and did an outstanding job. We had music by the pool, playing music to welcome our guest and for dancing the night away.
