Ray the singing Dj he is great. He kept my wedding guest very entertained . I would highly recommend.

We booked DJ the Dee Jay for our wedding and I was pretty disappointed by the experience. Our DJ, I'm pretty sure his name was Ray, was friendly enough and talked a great game in terms of helpfulness and accommodation, but on the night of our wedding it did not feel that way. Our DJ called a week or two before the event to get some of the details. I told him the songs we wanted for the dances and most of the songs that the bridal party would be coming out to. He was very attentive saying he would have everything we needed. He was very confident saying he'd done many weddings particularly at the Como where our reception was and he left me feeling we were in very good hands. They also have a website where you can fill in the important songs and details, so I had completed that as well, and had mentioned that while on the phone with him. He said he could see our choices and I figured that was good to have our choices in writing as otherwise it might get lost in translation on the phone. However the night of the wedding was frustrating to say the least. The limo dropped our bridal party off to enjoy some food and drinks but I had to spend quite a bit of that time trying to make sure we had all the songs we had requested for the bridal party introductions in order. He seemed to not have many of them, and they weren't really obscure songs, I mean we had a random Space Jam song, but with two weeks notice that shouldn't be hard to get. He finally seemed to think he had everything so I went to mingle and try to forget about it. Then came the introductions, some of which were out of order, and one song he didn't have at all. My bridal party did a great job just going with the flow and making it work, but still annoying. Then after dinner I went over to him and asked to start doing the first dances so that we could get to dancing. I feel like usually the DJs handle the timing themselves, but whatever I didn't mind going to ask him. My mouth dropped as he said year sure as soon as I get my coffee, and he proceeded to walk away from his stand and go busy himself with coffee and desserts. Now, I am happy for him to get coffee but that seemed really unprofessional to me. He could have very easily gotten our song playing and gotten the coffee in the more than 3 minutes the song lasted. One of those little things where it didn't take him that long, and if it had been the only mishap of the night probably wasn't a big deal but after all the time I wasted during cocktail hour trying to make sure he had the songs I had requested it was extra frustrating. Then came the groom and his mother dance. My husband had selected "I Will" by the Beatles, but that is not what came on. Some sort of club type rap song that was not at all the sort of song grandma wants to hear at all let alone while her daughter is dancing with the grandson. Again not sure why he had the wrong song, and no real offer to help or apology. My husband tried to nonchalantly move over towards him and tell him about the error but he really didn't seem to care or do anything about it. It only got switched to the right song when my husband's step father streamed the song on his smartphone and the DJ hooked that up and played it through there. The DJ did a fine job of playing dance songs after that so as long as he could play what he wanted it went fine, but he just really couldn't handle our requests, which weren't much, 9 introduction songs, and 3 songs for our first dance and the mother son and father daughter and that's it. We took everything in stride and still had a really incredible wedding, but I was very very disappointed by the service and even the fact that the DJ wasn't at all apologetic about the frustration. Worse experience for the price we paid. The DJ for our wedding reception was late & he was not prepared he had spoke with me directly about what we wanted & I rewrote everything at the reception for him. He was playing all our music off of UTube & commercials would interrupt the music & stop in the middle & he would change to another song. All of our important songs like bridal party dance & our first dance were ruined & we can never get them back. We called the owner Dave about it & we talked about it & spoke about a partial refund, but he said he would get back to us which he has not as of yet. I would like to resolve this in the near future. Booked a mini bus 6 weeks before our trip, drop off and pick up at the Toronto Airport. 3 times they were emailing me the financials, never received anything. 5 voicemails, no returned calls. 1 facebook message, no response. Finally stopped in 11 days before and was told they didn't think they could drive us to Canada. Terrible company, with horrendous communication, would never recommend !!!!! read more

If I could put zero stars for this limo company I would. I always get limos and I have never had a company leave us stranded. We were in a wedding party and the bus broke down prior to the ceremony so we had to pile in a Tahoe to get there on time and I forgot to mention they didn't even notify us that they weren't coming. They said there would be a limo after the ceremony, yeah that never happened as well. A few people tried calling limo companies but obviously everything is booked during wedding season on a Saturday so again we had to pile in multiple cars to get to pictures. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone to use. If you want to be left with transportation as a wedding party then this is the company that is capable for doing that! read more

This guy drove halfway into an intersection to get in front of me while driving and then cut me off. And then proceeded to blind me with the bus high beams because I was on the 33 expressway in front of them because I took a different route. Worst driving I have ever seen! Rented a limo for a bachelorette party.. we ended up getting a bus which was fine but it smelled awful inside the bus. We think it was from the bathroom inside the bus but we had to open windows etc. the more we drank the less it bothered us but it definitely was not pleasant at all. We tried spraying etc and nothing helped. read more

Matt was beyond helpful, accommodating and diligent. Having just moved across country, our housing fell through and we needed to make other arrangements. Matt didn't hesitate in offering help, allowing us to keep the truck for another week at a discounted rate, suggesting movers and possible places to stay. Very knowledgeable and sincere, automotive services available here, as well. I will trust him with those needs in the future. Cannot say enough about this establishment and its proprietors, quality customer service and an asset to the community. Recommended!!!!! read more

We had a wedding party of 12 just this past Saturday, June 29th and it was by far the worst experience as far as limo service goes I have ever had in my entire life .... DO NOT give this company business... there was zero air-conditioning the whole wedding party was roasting when asked if there was something we could do all he did was open up the emergency hatch which did nothing he did not help anybody off the bus especially the women he was vaping his Vape e-cigarette while the bride was trying to get on the bus asked the groom for more money after he was already tipped to his face which is one of the most ignorant things I've ever seen in my entire life... the driver seemed annoyed the whole time and very rude... we will be looking for a full refund if not will pursue with legal action including the obnoxious tip he asked for that we gave him read more

AWFUL limo service!!! I was in a wedding this weekend that used this company for a party bus and I would never ever recommend them! The air conditioning was broken on an 85° summer day so everyone was dripping sweat, we eventually had to beg for the emergency window to be opened up and this was the ONLY window he allowed open. When the bride and bridesmaids were getting on and off the bus in heels, the driver stood in front of the bus and vaped instead of helping us down. I've been helped off of other limo company buses for wine tours while wearing sandals! The driver was so rude and unprofessional to the group, I would never recommend this company. read more

My wedding planner recommended this business to me because they usually use a different DJ from the company with no complaints. Due to my budget, we went with Dave instead of the other DJ. I thought, hey, he's the owner of the company, he'll want to do a really good job so he doesn't look bad. Was I ever wrong. This man is a joke of a DJ. He touts on his website that he has 27+ years of experience, but doesn't have a clue about how to follow clearly laid out directions. He didn't play my recessional music as we walked back down the aisle because apparently we finished the ceremony ahead of time and he couldn't be bothered to actually watch the ceremony and time the music appropriately. He also didn't supply a wireless mic for my officiant for the ceremony or for my best man and maid of honor like what we agreed on when we booked him. He didn't bother to try to time our intros properly and let the songs play out for the full length while we sat there awkwardly waiting for them to end. We also had spoke to him about this before the wedding as well but he didnt regard it as necessary information. I wish I was making this all up, but I'm not . He repeated songs, played music that doesnt work for weddings, and didnt uphold his part of the contract. It was the one thing I was stressing about most for my wedding and he let me down in the biggest way. He got paid in advance so that's all he cared about. If you would like to ride in the worst limo ever that has no air condition and electronics from the 70's then DJ's your man. I cannot believe this company had the nerve to charge for the horrible service they provided. I was unlucky enough to be a passenger in what was supposed to be a high end Limo. We couldn't even connect our phone to play music because the cassette tape player/CD player didn't have blue tooth! The air condition was not working. We were told there was nothing that could be done until they took the vehicle to a repair place. Taking bets on how many people actually think they will take this piece of crud to the repair shop. Lastly I wish I could say it was at least clean but it was not. I think they had plastic cups in there from a year ago. Dead bugs and dust tell no lies. Go to any other service and even if no other service is available, call Uber or Lyft but DO NOT, I say again DO NOT use this limo service. They just suck. read more

I would never use this company again. We had an event yesterday, a wine tour... Dave had a horrible attitude from the get-go. Because 2 of my guests were a little late and we didn't start off right away. It was no big deal, he was getting paid. Anyway, he shared NO knowledge of the wine trail as promised in their ads, had a bad attitude and made it very clear that he felt inconvenienced "Because I have an event at 6pm". When I'm paying you over $600 for your services, don't give me attitude, don't make MY guests feel uncomfortable, and remember you are on MY time and MY dime. He didn't go out of his way and did the bare minimum. Horrible experience. This company doesn't deserve your business. RUN AWAY, they lack professionalism, respect, they didn't deserve my business. I would give them no stars if I could. When we picked up our budget truck, it was nothing but issues from the start (Nov 2017). The customer service was terrible, and the truck they let us drive off the lot was NOT checked by a mechanic. They make you check it as the customer so they arent liable to keep their trucks in working condition. My brother is a certified diesel mechanic and when he saw the tires on the truck he told us to take it back. Unfortunately our lease was up that day and budget was closed so we took our chances. Halfway to our destination a huge bulge in the tire appeared so my husband called budget and they sent someone to fix it. Well 9 months later they sent us a claim for $400 saying that even though the tire wasnt our fault we have to pay them!! I told them I'd be disputing the claim AND THEY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS!! Budget does not care about customer service nor the safety of their customers. Be warned. read more

We rented a bus for my friends 21st. Not only is the price completely affordable; but it was AMAZING! The bus was so clean when it arrived (early) and the driver didn't mind waiting until all our guests arrived. The driver was extremely cool and professional at the same time. Will never use this company again. Two days after our event, I saw a hold on my account for $197 (the amount we owed after $100 deposit). I called David to ask what was going on because we had given our chauffeur that amount, plus gratuity. He said he was sorry, it was a mistake and that he would get it taken care of right away. The next day the money was taken out of my account so, again, I called David and he apologized and he would get right on it and have it reversed. I checked my account and another $197 was taken from my account. I called David to tell him what was going on and he said that someone at the shop had "taken care of it" and the money should be in my account. It was not. I finally got the money in cash but it was a nightmare trying to get it back. He never mentioned that anything was entered incorrectly or that it was an honest mistake, he just always said "he would take care of it". Don't know if it was a mistake (doubt it) or if he thought I wouldn't notice it but you would think after many years of being in that business, you would know how to handle situations like this properly. read more
