Even the kids gave us great feedback There are many that provide this service so why use Smiles and Beyond? - We were lucky to reach out to them last minute and they were able to come out to our party. So flexibility - across all aspects. - Pricing is very fair. The service alone was above and beyond from our experience. -- Most importantly - they went above and beyond. We had a projector and some speakers (not that great). Leo asked me if we wanted him to hook up his speaker and projector. I said no it'll do not wanting to bother. He said no, it has to be perfect and so we switched to Leo's speaker and video adapter. So glad we did! (My husband got sick last year and we had to cancel our wedding so this was a way to celebrate our union with family and friends). Leo could have stayed at the booth doing what we hired him for, instead he saw me struggling a little and offered to help. Ella and Leo even came looking for me at the end of the party before packing up just to see if there was anyone else I wanted to take a picture with - knowing I did not get to take many pictures at all while entertaining our guests. So although many will provide a service ... very few actually put people first - and Leo and Ella did just that. From our very first contact - their attention to detail and especially the caring human touch was truly impeccable. With the rain and another party to go to - they did not run out the door when the clock hit 4. Instead Leo and Ella made sure our guests and I were happy - me especially :) Would use them again and if you're shopping around - at least meet with Leo and Ella. The only thing you have to lose is possibly a vendor that cares more about your needs than the paycheck at the end of the party. And I genuinely mean that.

She also assured me she was insured and would provide a certificate of insurance to the venue that was needed. She never provided it after 'promising' me she would. Luckily the venue allowed her to do it. She got there late and proceeded to complain that she didn't have insurance to bring equipment up one flight of stairs. Horrible attitude. I also paid for and never received a link to all the photos taken. Again was promised over and over she was sending, but never did. It's been over a month and a half and she told me 5-7 business days. Just over all disappointing and VERY unprofessional! Stay away!!

The two sisters Vanessa and Glenda are so sweet with assisting in the easy to use booth and making it a fun experience for my friends, family and me while we snap our cute photos. The prop display is stellar and the overall look of the booth is very sleek and professional. The ladies were able to customize my templates ahead of time and just as I wanted! For my party I used the cards while at the anniversary party they had strips. Both were nice keepsakes, but the strips gave you that classic Photobooth vibe. I had the open air Photobooth with just the background and props and it was perfect for my budget and space! The anniversary party went with the black full tent and it was BEAUTIFUL! I'd definitely opt for that at my next event if the space permits. Everyone got two copies of their photo strips or cards - one to keep and the other to put in my memory book along with a message. I didn't even think to have a guest book at my party and this was the perfect substitution! Now I have everyone's silly photos with heartfelt and funny messages in one place that I'll cherish forever. Overall, when I looked for Photobooth options this was the most affordable I could find and they give you so many options for different backdrops and add ons and are easy to communicate with when planning a party.
