I'm super passionate about music and wanted everyone to enjoy the night! Since their prices were higher than last year's DJ, I had to send the following note to our legal team for approval: "Last year's DJ was one person, and his Yelp reviews are pretty terrible. The music choices and quality of his services were subpar ; the music was super random and he didn't seem to feel the crowd, at all. For this year, Tiny Home are two people - Sonya and Gabe, who are professional musicians and have a lot of experience with large-scale events in the Bay area They have some of the best reviews on Yelp; highlights include professionalism, timeliness, and talent; they're also happy to accommodate our tastes and requests This year's location is the Palace Hotel, which is a Starwood Luxury Collection hotel so we kind of need DJs who can keep us classy." The approval and planning process took a while but Gabe and Sonya were always friendly and never pushy over email. They even went onsite before the event to scope out the room, plan out the sound system's placement, and other meticulous things that not many other vendors would think through. My colleagues and I had a blast at the party. Everyone loved the music selections, and what really got me was the sight of Gabe and Sonya dancing and singing their hearts out with the crowd. Adorable! Tiny Home, thank you both for your professionalism, flexibility, and for working hard to make the night go out with a bang. It was hard for everyone to go home! P.S. We hired Sully for DJ, Photo booth and Lighting for my daughter's reception in May. During the…read morereception ( @ halfway through)there was a mishap in the photo booth. It shut down without me being notified. I even gave Sully a tip for the operator He did not notify me of the problem. My daughter told me if the problem about a month later. I contacted Sully . He assured me that he would look into it and I would get the photos that were taken and I would be reimbursed for half of the cost of the photo booth. After claiming over work, then away on vacation ,then promising that the photos were in the mail and a check for half the cost was being sent via certified mail . That was three weeks ago. To date I have not received anything. This to me shows dishonesty I would suggest that you look for another company to work with. One that will know the meeting of honesty and integrity. I
