Working with Miller's Rentals was the best decision we made this past weekend for the family party we threw. They made it so easy and convenient. Stuart was a pleasure to speak with, as was the rest of the staff that answered the phone. He helped us pick out the best tent for our yard and the number of guests we were expecting for our party. We ordered a tent, tables, chairs, fans for the tent, and table linens. It was all set up 2 days before the actual party. Three guys came to deliver and set up and had it done within an hour. All they needed to know was where I wanted it set up and I just sat inside in my AC! It was convenient to decorate under the tent and arrange my yard accordingly in advance. Two days following the party, the same three guys took everything down and packed it away. It was amazing knowing that we had a back up plan for rain for the party we were throwing and wouldn't need to fit 45 people in our home. The tent looked beautiful and provided adequate shade. The fans were a nice touch with the heat as well. All our friends and family loved the setup and table linens we chose. Overall, working with Miller's was a total success and would highly recommend! I cannot express my gratitude enough to Karen and her amazing team. I explained what I wanted for an at home party that I was hosting. Nothing but great things to say about Miller's Rentals. My fiance and I held a fundraiser for the March of Dimes and Miller's was nice enough to donate a cotton candy machine and a runway which we needed for a kids and parents show off. They were so nice and happy to be a part of the fundraiser. Not only that, but we had mistaken when we could pick up the items and showed up on Sunday (the day of the event) and they were closed. But I was able to contact them and they were nice enough to send someone out to open up the store and get the items for us. All within an hour no less! Miller's has done many of my work related events for the past 17 years and I have also used them for some of my family parties. We just used them to rent a small 20 x 20 tent and some tables and chairs form our son's First Communion. They came an hour away to Howell, moved our patio furniture off the deck and back on for in order to set up and break down their tent, and everything was perfect. I was having a charity event this past weekend when Hurricane Matthew seemed to be changing the local forecast hourly. I was hesitant to spend the money on the tent needed to cover my event but in the end, knew it would be necessary. I called Miller's on Thursday afternoon at 5 PM and they had an 80X40 tent set up for me by 3PM on Friday. No other local tent company had the staff to turn around such an immediate order.
