DJ Taiga (Simon) set the bar REALLY high for our friends' future weddings! His mixing was AMAZING and he really set the mood all throughout my entire wedding. Multiple people came up to me throughout the day and also the day after and asked where I found him because they were blown away by how great he was. Headline: Hiring DJ Taiga Will Be The Best Wedding-Related Decision You Make. I have run out of words to describe to family and friends how much we loved having DJ Taiga spin for our wedding. By the middle of the party, I lost track of how many people grabbed me, just to say, "Your DJ is amazing!" Taiga possesses an uncanny ability to get everyone up and dancing, and keep them dancing for song . . . after song . . . after song. The only complaint you may get from your guests is that they won't be able to find time, amidst the feverish dancing, to go to the bar and get a drink. Taiga was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the day we hired him until the time the party concluded. He is incredibly organized, polished, and professional, and always makes you feel comfortable that he is on top of everything. Taiga even designed a custom mix for our "hora" (traditional Jewish wedding dance) that had the entire guest list squeezed onto the dance floor for 13 and-a-half minutes of nonstop action. He stepped in seamlessly on the day of the wedding, and took control of the ceremony and the party in just the way that we needed. We got married on 1/23 in Delaware, during a blizzard. Without a second thought, Ben came down a night early and booked 2 nights at the hotel where we had our wedding- without an expectation of us covering the cost at all. And thank goodness he did- the night before our wedding, our ceremony and cocktail hour band had to cancel due to the storm, so I quickly called Ben and asked if there was any way he could provide the music for those 2 hours as well. He agreed without hesitation; we met at the hotel bar, went over the spaces and services that needed covered, then spent the rest of the night hanging out and having fun with our guests! The day of was fantastic! We got so many compliments on our ceremony soundtrack (which was all Ben, since we had only planned on the band being there) And the reception was AMAZING! A fantastic blend on Indie, New Wave, Top 40, Latin and old school Hip-Hop- it was a nonstop dance party. You can really just give Ben an idea of what you're into and trust him to take it to the next level.
