We couldn't have asked for a better DJ than Simon Taiga! He took the time to understand what was important to us and made sure our favorite and most meaningful songs were incorporated throughout the night. The music was the perfect mix, and he kept the energy high from beginning to end. Our dance floor was full all evening, and my husband and I were out there almost the entire reception. The best compliment has been hearing from our guests--even weeks after the wedding--that the music was one of their favorite parts of the night. Simon did an amazing job reading the crowd and creating a fun, unforgettable celebration. We would recommend him to any couple looking for a DJ who knows how to throw an incredible party! read more

We cannot express enough how amazing DJ Simon was! Although we definitely put him to work with our Polish music playlist, he absolutely nailed it! All of my Polish family had the best time even our friends who don't speak a word of Polish were out on the dance floor loving every song. His transitions between Polish hits and American wedding favorites were seamless, keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed the entire night. Simon played for five straight hours without a single dull moment -- not one song had an empty dance floor! He also perfectly handled our Polish traditional toasts after the ceremony and did such a great job pronouncing the Polish words -- it meant so much to our family. Our ceremony music was flawless, especially my groom's walk-in song! Simon timed it perfectly, and it truly gave us chills. We first loved him when he DJed our friends' wedding, and we feel so lucky to have had him for ours. Thank you, Simon, for making our wedding day unforgettable. You brought our vision to life and made the night one giant celebration of love, culture, and fun. Highly, highly recommend!!! read more

We hired DJ L'GITT for our After Party, and he absolutely crushed it. We wanted a full-on rave vibe with EDM music, and he delivered beyond anything we could've imagined. He kept the energy sky-high and our guests dancing straight through until 2AM. We've been to a ton of weddings as guests, and this was by far the best party we've ever experienced (yes, we're biased because it was our wedding...but seriously!). DJ Lee brought incredible professionalism, nonstop energy, and the perfect mixes to keep the crowd locked in all night long. If you're looking for an After Party DJ who knows how to turn an event into an unforgettable experience, DJ Lee is your guy. 10/10 would recommend for any event read more

Simon aka DJ Taiga was the DJ for our wedding in Glen Mills, PA, and we couldn't have had a better experience. From the introductory Zoom meeting about our story/preferences and vibe, through our multiple specific requests for entrances and where we wanted what, he was friendly, professional, and awesome. He had wonderful, on-point recommendations throughout the process for us, and it was easy to share music and ideas with him. The event itself was executed flawlessly - we had a ton of guests even asking if we could share his playlist in totality, because people enjoyed it so much. Everyone danced throughout - it was really perfect. Thank you so much! Highest possible recommendation. read more

The DJ makes the party! DJ Ben had everyone up dancing, played a great mix of tunes thoughtfully curated from a Spotify playlist we provided along with crowd favorites along the genres from our list we didn't even think about. From our initial meeting I understood that we were in capable hands, and he brought good vibes to our conversation. It was so easy to trust that he would be the right emcee for our special day. Working with him the months to come was just as nice, he was always on time and prepared for the zoom chats and made us feel like we were the only couple he was working with! Great attention to our wedding planning. Day of the big event, he was on time, had an awesome set up with the EQ set up just right for the microphone for himself and the speeches. Music volume was perfect during the dance party and the background tunes during dinner. He had great timing and his fades on hisixes never missed. Guests of all ages were able to find jams they loved and kept the energy going. Ben had a smile on his face all night and was dressed up sharp, really knocked it out of the park with guest requests too. If you are looking for the right person to bring fun and joy to your party, you've found the right guy!!! read more

If you are looking for a wedding DJ who knows how to keep the party going from start to finish, DJ Taiga (Simon Tai) is the one you need. Simon demonstrated an incredible ability to read the crowd, play the perfect mix of songs, and keep the dance floor packed all evening. Simon's skill in curating a diverse and engaging playlist was impressive. He managed to blend a variety of genres seamlessly, ensuring that there was something for everyone. What truly set Simon apart was his ability to work with the crowd. He had an intuitive sense of what would keep guests on their feet and engaged. The dance floor was never empty, and it was clear that Simon has a knack for gauging the mood and adjusting the music accordingly. Beyond his musical prowess, Simon was professional and personable. He was easy to communicate with, took the time to understand our preferences, and ensured that our vision for the night was realized. We also added Barbara on drums and Zach on saxophone to the team and they were both amazing too! Their addition of live music to Simon's tracks added a level of energy that made our wedding unforgettable. So many of our guests said that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been to, and it is in large part because of how awesome Simon, Barbara, and Zach were. We can't recommend them enough. read more

Ben and the whole Remixologists team are the absolute top of their game! Music and atmosphere drive so much about a successful wedding, and when we look back, we (and our guests) keep raving and raving about the music. My wife and I were looking for a mix of throwback pop and modern EDM. We did a few late nights of research and stumbled upon the Remixologists website. After listening to a few mixes, we reached out and were relieved that they were available! We got set up with Ben (aka Benja Styles) to start planning immediately. Ben was really wonderful to work with. We had a very detailed timeline that we collaborated on, and he went the extra mile to connect with our day-of coordinator to line everything up. Most importantly, whenever we started to get anxious about details not coming together, Ben put us at ease. We made up a handful of Spotify playlists -- Definitely Play, Do Not Play, Cocktail Hour & Eating -- and Ben perfectly took all of it as inspiration to make every moment awesome. The dance floor was 100% full the entire time -- no joke. I was actually a bit surprised, but it really just shows how amazing of a DJ Ben is. He had the perfect track to go with the energy flow of the night and it was such an awesome time that my dad (who is typically pretty reserved) went up and thanked him at the end. Big warm feels from seeing our families up and dancing -- which definitely isn't the norm at weddings! Thank you so much Ben and the entire Remixologists team. We look back at our wedding day and think it was absolutely perfect - you were a huge reason why! read more

We found Simon through a friend and he didn't disappoint. The planning process was very smooth and he made sure everything was perfect for our big day. My Husband and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ... we are still getting compliments on the music. I myself work in the wedding industry and I have never seen a dance floor packed all night. Even our older guests spent the night dancing! If you are looking for a DJ definitely consider Simon!! read more

Simon was the DJ for our wedding two years ago, so this review is clearly long overdue--but also a testament to just how remarkable he was! Even now, we still talk about the incredible energy that he brought to our special day. From our initial meeting to discuss our music preferences, it was clear Simon was a true professional. He understood what we wanted and needed little further direction to get the party going. His ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high was unmatched. What stood out most were the personal touches Simon incorporated into his set. We had pulled some song lyrics for signage around the room as decor (without telling him in advance), and he seamlessly picked up on them and mixed in real time. He also added some fun little TikTok Easter eggs, which were referenced in some of the speeches that night. He really did his research, and it was so clear this was not just his "standard wedding mix" but unique to us. The mixes were exceptional, and he struck the perfect balance of every genre, ensuring there was something for everyone. The music was upbeat all night, and the dance floor was never empty. We absolutely loved Simon and will continue to look for any reason to hire him again!!! read more

The dance floor was packed all night and so many guests commented on how amazing DJ Benja was!! Highly, highly recommend! Ben is professional, fun, and a joy to work with! He is first and foremost an amazing DJ: he seamlessly mixed songs, reading the room and ensuring the party never stopped. He was also on top of everything leading up to the wedding and helped us navigate the organization. He reached out to coordinate with the venue to make sure things ran smoothly and met with us several times to make sure the music was spot on for all the events on the day of the wedding. Ben was also super helpful and flexible when we ran into some weather related changes day-of. The ceremony and cocktail hour went perfectly. The reception was fantastic and we have never danced so much in our lives! The MC-ing was also perfect! We can't praise Ben's work highly enough! Working with Remixologists was also straightforward and easy. They are an organized and experienced company that know the specific needs of weddings. Highly recommend! read more

WOW! We were totally blown away by the communication, connection and of course the PARTY that DJ Benja Styles brought to our wedding. We met in advance to establish our general music throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and dance block and he delivered! Ben took the time to listen to our music inspiration, and played exactly what we wanted and more. His style of mixing songs together brought a fun and energetic vibe to the dance floor that kept people dancing all night. He also has an incredible ability to read the room and move onto a new song if people aren't dancing to keep the energy up all night. We got so many compliments on our music and heard nothing but amazing things from our guests. We recommend Remixologists for anyone and everyone who wants to turn their event into an experience!! read more

We had DJ Lee (L'Gitt) at our wedding and he was AMAZING!! We had such a blast and our guests were on the dance floor the entire time, exactly what we wanted. We had multiple guests that are planning their weddings in the area ask for his info. Not only was Lee phenomenal day-of, but he was so helpful communicating with us in the weeks leading up to help us with song selections, preparing a cut of our first dance song in advance so we could practice, and sending playlist suggestions for our after party. We also had a rain scare day-of (luckily it didn't happen), but Lee was flexible and prepared for whatever weather could have come our way. Outside of being a DJ he is an awesome person - wish we got to spend more time with him! Would do anything to relive our party thanks to Lee! read more

I experienced Simon (DJ Taiga) mixing at a wedding I attended in Philly and had the the best time EVER, so I knew I needed to get his information for my TBD future wedding! Once I got engaged, Simon was one of the first people I contacted because it was a non-negotiable to have him DJ our wedding! Luckily he was available and willing to travel to Wisconsin for the event. We not only received so many compliments for the reception music, but also the music selections for the pre-ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner. Simon takes the time to get to know you as a couple and curate a bespoke experience for your guests. I HIGHLY recommend Simon and Remixologists for your wedding or any event! read more

Ben Coleman (DJ Benjastyles) was a fantastic choice for our wedding. He was very professional throughout the entire process and went to great lengths to ensure we had a terrific reception. He took all of our music preferences into consideration and had the entire dance floor full all night long. We cannot recommend Ben enough and also want to shoutout Barbara the drummer who made the night extra special. Cannot recommend these two enough. read more

Remixologists and DJ Ben we're absolutely outstanding! In the height of covid with cancellations and other things to worry about remixologists handled everything perfect. They were accommodating when we had to postpone with capacity limits then when one of their DJs were sick DJ Ben stepped right in with the "next man up mentality". DJ Ben brought the energy with his music and the dance floor was packed the entire night. I mean PACKED with all age groups represented. Everyone asked us who our DJ was and what company he was with. The amount of compliments we received about DJ Ben were extraordinary. I could not speaking higher of this company and DJ Ben. Their professionalism and attention to detail are the gold standard. read more

DJ Taiga (Simon) set the bar REALLY high for our friends' future weddings! His mixing was AMAZING and he really set the mood all throughout my entire wedding. Multiple people came up to me throughout the day and also the day after and asked where I found him because they were blown away by how great he was. DJ Taiga seamlessly mixed between songs, never skipping the good parts but also not staying too long on any single song that you have to endure the weird non-danceable parts. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. But even on top of that, I also really appreciated how responsive DJ Taiga was before the wedding and how curious he was to really understand what we wanted at different points of the day. He nailed our "space disco" reception theme (no easy feat, for sure) and worked in tandem with our planner to make sure all things sound went smoothly during our wedding. Small touches like helping me re-edit the a cut of a song for our second dance (to get rid of the weird distortion) from our choreographer really meant a lot. I would recommend DJ Taiga a million times over to anyone for any event. If you're on the fence, get off the fence and book Remixologists ASAP. Thank you so much Simon! read more

Finding a DJ for your wedding can be pretty stressful, it literally can make or break your reception! As soon as my husband and I listened to one of DJ Benja Styles mixes, we immediately knew he was the perfect DJ for our wedding. Boy were we right! Our dance floor was packed the entire night and we received so many compliments from our guests about our music. From the planning stages, to super last minute requests, Ben was extremely helpful and professional in every possible way. We truly cannot thank Remixologists and DJ Benja Styles enough for helping make our wedding the party of a lifetime! read more

Our wedding reception was over the top and we couldn't have done it without Remixologists, specifically our dj, Ben. The fun energy he created for our guests is something we will never forget. We stood on the dance floor and watched so many faces light up for song after song after song. To say it made our night, would be a huge understatement! We've lost count of the compliments we've received from guests- "Best music ever!", "I didn't leave the dance floor once!", "Banger after banger!", "Best wedding I've ever been to!", "Where did you find your dj?!", "Just when I thought I needed a break, another great song came on!". Ben played such an important part in our day and it wouldn't have been as magical without him there. Great music was a top priority for us, and he knocked it out of the park! We simply shared our preferred music styles, a do not play list and a very short list of must plays and he took it from there. Not sure that we can adequately put into words how special Remixologists made the night for us. We respect Ben's talent so much and are sure we'll be hearing about the dj at our wedding for YEARS to come! You can't go wrong with choosing them for your wedding day! read more

We had Lee (DJ L'Gitt) for our wedding and he crushed it for us! Very detailed planning leading up to our wedding day, Lee also offered great suggestions for songs/timeline/logistics. Not surprised that he delivered on our big day given all the prep, and all our guests were raving about the music! 10/10 would recommend read more

Amazing communication, professionalism, and most importantly...MUSIC! DJ L'GITT was awesome from day one and made our actual day unforgettable. Our guests were dancing the entire time and that was our number one ask. Couldn't recommend them more. read more

We couldn't recommend Remixologists and DJ Benja Styles enough (and our drummer addition Barb!) Ben was amazing to work with during the entire planning process, had all the answers for us, hit the nail on the head with the music selection we wanted (and made it easy, sent spotify playlists and created a spreadsheet) and kept everyone dancing all night long. I could not recommend them enough if music is as important to you as it was to us! read more

DJ Benja Styles is the best DJ with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working, hands down. Ben set the dance floor ablaze at my wife and I's wedding, immaculately chaining INCREDIBLE tunes together one after another. He made the entire process a breeze, too, crafting and executing an AMAZING set that all our guests loved! The most high-quality, professional, and communicative DJ -- and person -- one could hope to know. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND the services of DJ Benja Styles and Remixologists to anyone, without hesitation. A+++++ read more

Awesome service and very friendly team! We loved working with them and they provided great music for our wedding night.

We had a great experience with the Remixologists team for our wedding! Ben was our DJ and we had seen him spin at another event, which gave us a lot of confidence in choosing him as our DJ. To be honest, I think a majority of the weddings I have attended in the past 2 years have had the Remixologists as their DJs - all of them have had great music and dancing throughout the event. I would 100% recommend them if you are currently planning your wedding and looking for a DJ! I would also recommend having them manage the music for your entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception), which is what we did. Everything went so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about set-up (the day of) at all. read more

You know you had a great time at your wedding when you lost your voice, you sweat out the curls in your hair, and your feet ache. If you're debating about booking Remixologists at your wedding - DO IT!! We worked with Simon, DJ Taiga and he is absolutely amazing!! No cheesey wedding music and awkward flow - he is so good at taking your favorite songs and creating the perfect mix. My guests had so much fun and couldn't stop talking about the music. Thank you so much!! read more

Couldn't have asked for a better DJ experience! We had him play our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Even though we were planning a Philly wedding from the westcoast, Dj Taiga made the whole process painless - his experience is really invaluable! He had easy forms for us to fill in that helped us plan our day. He was able to take the few reference songs I gave him to put together amazing playlists that he mixed for the evening. He even changed the speed of my bridal march song real-time so the music matched perfectly. His MCing was simple and straightforward. Afterwards, we got compliments on how he'd been the best wedding DJ people had ever heard! If you can fit the Remixologists into your budget, you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend these guys for any occasion! read more

Simon from Remixologists kept us dancing all. night. long! We hosted a micro-wedding event in our backyard for our immediate families. The guest list was only 12 adults and 3 young kids all under the age of 3. I was worried that there wouldn't be much dancing with a party that size but with the right DJ, there definitely was and Simon was the right guy for the task! I had so much fun at our wedding and this is in large part to the soundtrack that Remixologists provided. read more

OBSESSED! After talking with Ben for 5 minutes you'll be thinking...I want to be best friends with him....and throughout the process that feeling never changed. There are not enough words for me to say how amazing Ben and the Remixologists are! First off, Ben makes you feel like you have known him forever, he is genuinely the most fun and positive person to be around! Not only was he professional, he just got every vibe, mood and aesthetic we were looking for and added musical elements to our playlist that I didn't even know I wanted! Full disclosure - my husband and I knew what we wanted for the reception but completely blanked on everything else, ceremony music, cocktail hour, etc. Ben was there to guide us and offer great suggestions along the way...even the morning of! When it came to our wedding day, Ben arrived with great energy! We felt like we truly got to be in the moment and enjoy our whole day because Ben was there to take care of us and our guests. Our wedding was beyond amazing thanks to DJ Ben - he kept the dance floor packed all night long and gave us the party we had envisioned. My family and friends are still talking about the music and the impromptu dance off! I really can't imagine having a better experience or a better person to be such a big part of our day. Can't wait to have another reason to work with DJ Ben and the Remixologists again! read more

Simon (DJ Taiga) is both a killer DJ and a dependable professional. Simon DJed our wedding in March. His music selection was spot on for all parts of the event, and he made sure our dance floor was packed and fun the whole night. Simon went out of his way to understand our preferences (we had a lot of opinions!) and he nailed every one of them. All of the audio equipment management (e.g. mics for ceremony & speeches) was seamless. Needless to say, March was a confusing and challenging time to host an event, and Simon was amazing to work with every step of the way. Don't think twice -- book DJ Taiga! read more

Headline: Hiring DJ Taiga Will Be The Best Wedding-Related Decision You Make. I have run out of words to describe to family and friends how much we loved having DJ Taiga spin for our wedding. By the middle of the party, I lost track of how many people grabbed me, just to say, "Your DJ is amazing!" Taiga possesses an uncanny ability to get everyone up and dancing, and keep them dancing for song . . . after song . . . after song. The only complaint you may get from your guests is that they won't be able to find time, amidst the feverish dancing, to go to the bar and get a drink. Taiga was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the day we hired him until the time the party concluded. He is incredibly organized, polished, and professional, and always makes you feel comfortable that he is on top of everything. Taiga even designed a custom mix for our "hora" (traditional Jewish wedding dance) that had the entire guest list squeezed onto the dance floor for 13 and-a-half minutes of nonstop action. He stepped in seamlessly on the day of the wedding, and took control of the ceremony and the party in just the way that we needed. We cannot recommend Taiga enough, and can't wait to figure out the next time we can host a party just so that we can hire Taiga again. Hiring him is an absolute no-brainer. read more

Remixologists killed it at our wedding! We worked with Ben, and are so glad we chose him to be our DJ. The planning process was simple and organized. We were provided with a spreadsheet that made it easy to add our song choices. We used special versions of songs, and timings, and everything was executed perfectly. For cocktail hour we gave a general list of songs & artists we liked and Ben took that and ran! Out guests LOVED the cocktail hour music and could not stop complimenting it! The reception was no different, Ben played the songs we requested and then felt out the vibe in the room for the rest of the night. On top of that, Ben very friendly and fun to work with, and made a lasting impression on our wedding day! read more

I am so happy we chose Remixologist (Simon) as our DJ. Total professional and very responsive. He edited songs we selected to make the most of them... pretty much took out all the awkward moments of songs - of being too long or not starting in the part you want to hear. We had provided an extensive list of songs and he helped narrow us down and figured out OUR type of music. The crowd loved it! They just wanted to dance and that is what he allowed to happen! As the bride and groom, you are often torn in different directions trying to spend time with all your guests. ALL I WANTED TO DO IS BE ON THE DANCE FLOOR! This is not the type of DJ that just plays one song after the next.. he really mixes it up and keeps the party going. And was also a total pro at all the intros and other formalities. All around AWESOME! read more

If Yelp allowed me to give Remixologists an entire galaxy of stars I would! We worked with DJ Ben, who is not only super nice and fun, but actually saved our wedding day! We got married on 1/23 in Delaware, during a blizzard. Without a second thought, Ben came down a night early and booked 2 nights at the hotel where we had our wedding- without an expectation of us covering the cost at all. And thank goodness he did- the night before our wedding, our ceremony and cocktail hour band had to cancel due to the storm, so I quickly called Ben and asked if there was any way he could provide the music for those 2 hours as well. He agreed without hesitation; we met at the hotel bar, went over the spaces and services that needed covered, then spent the rest of the night hanging out and having fun with our guests! The day of was fantastic! We got so many compliments on our ceremony soundtrack (which was all Ben, since we had only planned on the band being there) And the reception was AMAZING! A fantastic blend on Indie, New Wave, Top 40, Latin and old school Hip-Hop- it was a nonstop dance party. You can really just give Ben an idea of what you're into and trust him to take it to the next level. All the booking communication was with Simon, who even in email just comes across as a really nice guy and a real professional as well. I would book these guys again in a heartbeat. read more

I highly recommend the Remixologists for your wedding. Having just had ours a few weeks ago, I can offer the advice that you want to make sure you choose a good DJ for your wedding. You want to make sure you have a DJ who is organized, client oriented, good at communicating, timely with responding to questions and also has great taste in music. We were in great hands with Simon. He is extremely organized and made sure that all the sound equipment was set up perfectly, all the ceremony music was executed flawlessly and that the music kept everyone going! He did a great job incorporating some of our favorite artists into the wedding music and I really appreciated how he helped to create special cuts of songs to fit the timing of our ceremony and special dances. Our friends and family danced until 11PM after the temperatures had dropped to 48 degrees for our outdoor wedding. read more

DJ Taiga (Simon) was our DJ for the wedding. We had him DJ our ceremony, reception and cocktail hour. Simon gave us great feedback in regard to song selection and music flow prior to the event. Simon even helped us remix/cut music for our dances. He was very easy to work with and was very responsive. We spoke with Simon a few times before the wedding. He made sure we discussed the details, bridal party names and timeline. Simon played music from different genres and ensured they flowed well together. He listened to our requests and put together a killer playlist. We can't recommend Simon enough. We got so many compliments regarding the music and Simon deserves all the credit!!! read more

Simon aka DJ Taiga of The Remixologists was absolutely incredible during our wedding planning process and even more amazing as the DJ during the reception. We could not have dreamed of a more personable, attentive or talented person to be responsible for one of the most important aspects of our wedding reception. He gave us exactly what we asked for in terms of genre and pace for the night while still managing to make the mix very much his own and also catering to the crowd as the night went along. Our families and friends could not stop raving about the music, and as seen by the amount of sweat generated on the dance floor, he KILLED it! Simon, thank you for playing such a large part in making our night so memorable. Forgot to mention - my mom and I choreographed a mother-daughter dance for the reception and Simon actually took the time to create the mix for us exactly as I'd envisioned it! Seriously amazing!! read more

The Remixologists are absolutely awesome! My wife and I were married back in May 2015 in Delaware and the entire end-to-end interaction process w/ Simon (the owner) and Ben (our DJ) was both extremely professional and ultimately very satisfying. I knew that the DJ was going to be an essential component for our wedding and we were very lucky to have DJ Ben run the show during our big day. From our very first contact over Skype it was clear that Ben was a professional and that "this part" of the wedding planning process would go smoothly. The day of, Ben was extremely prompt, helpful and set up and "ready to go" quickly. We had a pretty eclectic play list (my wife likes the "classics" and I'm fairly fond of electronica) -- Ben's mix had the party going from cocktail hour all the way until the end of the reception... without missing a beat! He also was a great MC -- something, like most, you don't think you actually need... you do! We had a blast at our wedding and know that DJ Ben was an integral part. Huge recommendation for The Remixologists -- they are fantastic and don't disappoint. read more

This is a (belated!) review for our May 2018 wedding at the Fairmount Park Horticultural Center. Ben helped us with our timeline, was easy to communicate with, kept the dance floor full all night, and professionally declined my drunk aunt's myriad song requests. Also you can listen to a bunch of mixes on their website - these helped in choosing them plus are fun to listen to when I want to be in a good mood and reminisce lol. Not to be braggy but so many of our guests have told us ours was the best wedding they've ever been to - and the Remixologists/Ben's professionalism, organization, and of course DJ skills played a big role in that! read more
