The bathroom situation is a Porta potty, there's a canopy for shade but it can only accommodate the smallest of parties. There's not enough outlets and lighting is limited. They tend to restrict their events to daylight hours and don't allow alcohol which makes for very quaint events. It's a mom and pop affair but that means they expect you to set everything up and tear everything down when you're done and the people who operate this are not the friendliest bunch. The improvements the venue does have seem pretty underwhelming. Think Home Depot special, definitely keep your expectations low on this one. All in all if you're thinking of this style of outdoors wedding you may be better served considering a park or similar setting. May be more cost effective without the hassle of dealing with the owners.

That's big for me. The green chili was roasted and included in mixed with the cheese and other misc. peppers. I would have preferred it served smothered in a green chili sauce, or salsa, but that's just a personal preference that I enjoy with typical New Mexican breakfasts. I had some samples of the biscuits and gravy plate, and pancakes. It's easy to see that their entire menu is made with fresh ingredients and doesn't rely on preservatives like you may expect for a restaurant so far from a major town.
