(updates): (sep 4): calls still go straight to voicemail still, and management replies to this post saying the key is back ordered even further. (sep 9): finally got an appointment. 2 hours past my appointment I am told the technician got their only machine wet from the rain and monday they will send it to florida to get fixed and MAYBE id get a rescheduled appointment whenever available after the machine gets back from repair, whenever that would be. not first appointment, but whenever they have an open appointment! I don't know if it's that guys first day and he took the machine out of the vehicle to cut keys in the rain or what but this is highly unprofessional. all of it. absolutely ridiculous.
