He picked out the old lock and upgraded the lock set and keys. After our first positive experience, we had him rekey our house. It had 6 different keys, an absolute nightmare. Now we have one!! (sep 9): finally got an appointment. 2 hours past my appointment I am told the technician got their only machine wet from the rain and monday they will send it to florida to get fixed and MAYBE id get a rescheduled appointment whenever available after the machine gets back from repair, whenever that would be. not first appointment, but whenever they have an open appointment!
