I was so nervous in general for timing, but the songs didn't even need to be looped or anything. During the reception he was great with being vocal about announcements we wanted him to make like photos for dinner time, inviting the kids to the dance floor, and slowing down when we wanted him to! We were able to contact him ahead of time, but I didn't really utilize that. But I also didn't really need to! I just sent over the songs I wanted, the timing of our fade outs, and other simple directions that again - were followed exactly. He was also very communicative for things that weren't exactly laid out in the plan like whether or not the bridal party would come in during our grand entrance, but a quick check-in let him know and it was great! One thing I did was let him know we wanted the added in dance lights which cost more and it was easily done and he was very quick with his email responses. I'm so glad we went with the company our venue offered, but I'm also very happy we had Eddie to manage and take care of us when it came to keeping the dance floor packed the whole night! Thank you!
