I really wanted to like this company. I even gave them a second shot and used them twice. When they had a fundraiser when covid shut down Disney World and their business took a dive, I donated towards that. But even having used them twice, they just do not deliver the services that they claim to do. Their whole premise is that they do better that what InstaCart does. A personalized level of service so you know you are getting exactly what you want and your groceries are good. And they charge a premium for this, much more than Instacart. I would be fine with this but in my two experiences, I have not gotten anywhere near that. My first experience wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either. Example: We ordered I believe 2 half gallons of milk for my son because he is a milkaholic. They don't tell you this when you order but they charge a premium price for the milk and then get it from Walmart. Walmart milk is DISGUSTING. I don't know what Walmart does to their milk to sell it for so cheap (my husband's theory is they milk rats) but it does not taste like normal milk. We had to toss their way overpriced "Great Value" milk and get some from the resort instead. The sandwich platter was good. They made some substitutions even though I had requested none but overall I thought, "well... I just won't order milk again and I'll be very specific with my instructions". So, I made a second order. We ordered the sandwich platter again but this time they offered a mini so we got that. 12 sandwiches instead of 16. It's supposed to be a combo of roast beef/ham/turkey. When we got the 16 sandwiches it was mostly an even split of the 3 flavors so I wrongly assumed the mini would be the same. The mini had 7 roast beef 2 ham and 3 turkey. And that was a problem because I am the only person in my family who eats roast beef. My husband and son were left with the 5 other little slider sandwiches. Why would they split 12 sandwiches 7/2/3? That doesn't make sense. That seems like something to me that a PERSONALIZED level of shopper should be taking care of. Even if they had split them 5/5/2 it would have been better than what they did (although the logical conclusion if you have 3 flavors should be 4/4/4). But that wasn't all! I also ordered a bunch of pastries and muffins! And wouldn't you know, they only managed to get a SINGLE ONE of my requests right. JUST ONE! Everything else was wrong or just not at all like the photos they post on their own Facebook page. I'm including my own to show the muffins they posted vs the muffin I got. I asked for blueberry and chocolate chip and the blueberry ones were absent of blueberries and the chocolate chip were more like dark brown colored gross things with chocolate chips in them. Neither was edible and it was all tossed. I had asked for an assortment of pastries including some "real jersey crumb cake" and instead they gave me all pieces of this nasty chocolate thing that was gross. Again... it was tossed. They did get the cinnamon bun that I asked for, that was the ONE pastry they got right. It was such an epic disaster, just a throw away of an order. Housekeeping asked me what happened and I told them how Dizzy Dolphin had gotten our entire order wrong. In the future since I'm so well versed in using Instacart at home, I'll just use them in Florida now too. At least when Instacart messes up your order you can get a credit back from them or have it refunded back to your card. Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos Dizzy Dolphin posts on their Facebook, that's not the food you will get. I ordered food based on their pictures and I didn't get what I ordered. I found this service thru a planning group I was in for Disney, so I decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad we did. Instead of spending an hour at the store plus actually driving to one we were at Hollywood studios enjoying Disney.. And don't forget to factor in time to get lost and paying tolls. Cause there are tills everywhere here. Using this service was simple. Tell them exactly what you want. The next day they tell you how much each item is and then you pay. The day if delivery they left us a message to let us know it was all taken care of. Since we were renting a house instead of staying at a resort getting groceries saved even more money. We made breakfast before we left for the day. And what do you need after a day at Disney? A bottle of wine. Yep dizzy dolphin brought that too. I wish there was this service at home. Just so easy. Don't think twice about the service fee. It is worth every penny. You didn't come to Disney to spend it grocery shopping. read more

I have never used a grocery delivery service in my life -- and I never will again WITHOUT COMPARING THEM TO THE QUALITY, CARING, and COMPASSION that Dizzy Dolphin gave to my order. Traveling with two disabled sons for our Make-A-Wish makeup trip (thanks Covid LOL) to Disney is such a daunting undertaking, but knowing that I would have the food I needed for my special diet was the single-most nerve wracking weight lifted off my shoulders. Chris provided the most thorough and thoughtful assistance with ordering, quantities, product sizes, special requests -- and even offered to check out my fave store to visit (Aldi!) to get the brands that fit my health needs. I simply cannot dote on this small, family-owned business enough. I wonder if they'd deliver to Michigan....haha! read more

We used this service for the first time on our recent trip to Disney- we had a very late flight in and couldn't shop ourselves so we planned ahead and ordered through Dizzy Dolphin based on the reviews and recommendations we have seen in other sites. I would highly recommend this service and will use them again. They had great communication- they explained what we needed to do to order food and/or alcohol and they checked back with us to make sure our order was complete before they finalized it. They contacted us to let us know when it had been delivered and what we needed to do to get it delivered to our room from Bell Services at Disney. This was a fantastic service and a great time saver for us. They were very professional and easy to work with! read more

Absolutely awful. I got a gift basket from them for my birthday. My family had several conversations with them about my severe lactose intolerance. What was in my basket? Tons of dairy! My family messaged them, hoping it was a mistake because cheese doodles and a Ghirardelli caramel chocolate bar? Laughable. They were defensive and rude. They post about how great they are constantly but when they make a huge mistake, they get so defensive. I wonder how legit their business actually is. read more

This is by far the BEST delivery service in the Orlando area if you're staying at the Disney Parks!! The attention to detail is second to none!!! I can say this because I tried others but no more! Dizzy Dolphin Delivery is the only delivery service we will use from now on! They will deliver any groceries, snacks, sunscreen, shampoo, water, and other items you many need right to your resort and have it ready and waiting upon your arrival!! Everything was expertly packaged and sorted for our convenience in putting it away once we checked in. This is the real deal and I don't think you can find a better service out there! I love Dizzy Dolphin! We used their delivery service for our 2017 Disney World vacation. Everything we had asked for was delivered. Once we placed our order, Dizzy took over and shopped for all of our goodies. Our order was ready for us when we arrived at our resort (Beach Club Villas). All we had to do was call bell services to bring the order up to our room. All of the frozen items were frozen and all of the refrigerated items were refrigerated. We are currently planning our next WDW vacation and Dizzy Dolphin will be delivering our groceries again. read more

I was so excited to try this service after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was just average. I didn't really see any difference then ordering from other services and I didn't feel the personal touch that others talked about. There were a couple of miscommunications and the website is lacking details about certain things. I probably will not use them again. read more

The food delivery was okay. The bananas they provided me were green so my family and I could not eat them on our trip. They also forgot the alcohol part of our order which was frustrating because I spoke to directly with their sales person about and added to my order on the phone with her. They delivered the alcohol the next day after I called with no response and finally reached someone by text. read more

Highly recommended. We called upon them in late September after watching various responses on FaceBook in Disney groups. Have never seen a bad review or opinion. We planned a surprise basket delivery to Disney DVC through their Dizzy's Dezigns. We and the receivers could not be happier. The end product was beautiful and communication was the best. I can not say enough good things. If you are torn and deciding who to choose, look no further and contact them now. Wonderful service and fantastic communication. I found this service through a Disney forum and I'm so glad I did. From first communication through delivery we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I can't recommend them enough. Such personal service, and attention to detail.
