Adding a "Chef's Special" would be a good way to start. Service has always been excellent. Ambiance needs attention., as some areas are not up to what one expects in a $60+/person dinner tab. The overall experience is "almost" memorable, and with some modest changes, it could be always memorable. I am great supporter of "The Squire", and only give these suggestions to make it even better.
