They charged us over six times what are other person tried to charge us. We will be reporting them to consumer protection and bringing a trial against them. I've never dealt with a worst company in my life you had along a company that actively lies under oath. As you can see, their completed work wasn't completed according to code inspection. they didn't get a permit until after they finished the work and then tried to blame me for not getting a permit when it was their job then they put an invoice for the materials that they were supposed to cover then blamed me then I didn't pay for the materials. Here's what the person who came to fix it and do it correctly charged... Six grand versus 450 be careful they will end up in court line under oath.

Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.

Joe came and fixed a blown fuse caused by a new Nest Thermostat, then took extra time, which he…read moredidn't charge me for, to teach my how to program my Honeywell thermostat and teach me how to run my heat pump more efficiently and save money. A couple days later, my fan in the heat pump stopped working. He came over the same day, did some tests, left came back with a manual for the unit, which he gave me, did some more tests and spoke with his parts distributor and then ordered some parts. He came back the next day, did some more tests and determined it was the motor. He replaced the motor and only charged me the labor to replace the motor plus the part. He then gave me more tips on to maintain the system. Joe is smart, fair, and very good at what he does. I'll be sure to call him again if I ever need anything else. Great guy and great business.
