Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.

A couple days later, my fan in the heat pump stopped working. He came over the same day, did some tests, left came back with a manual for the unit, which he gave me, did some more tests and spoke with his parts distributor and then ordered some parts. He came back the next day, did some more tests and determined it was the motor. He replaced the motor and only charged me the labor to replace the motor plus the part. He then gave me more tips on to maintain the system. Joe is smart, fair, and very good at what he does. I'll be sure to call him again if I ever need anything else. Great guy and great business.

Over $600 was paid that day but I was advised the problem was still not completely fixed and there would be more issues in the future (with some sort of leak). Months later, my husband and I were told the parts were not covered under warranty and we were to pay over $400 immediately. The customer service was terrible, and communication was a disaster throughout the whole process. It was not taken into consideration that we were charged for every single visit they made to our home (even though nothing was fixed until the final time) and it was also not taken into consideration that we had to pay for oil to heat our house in the winter!
