We are grateful to Landmark Construction. My husband discovered a fractured plumbing PVC pipe in…read moreour attic & finished replacing it late Tuesday afternoon. Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Landmark Construction continues to lie just to make themselves better. I cannot post a comment in…read morereference to their response so I'll put the comment here. Angela R./Manager and Mitch, please show me the call logs where "you say my husband called multiple times into the night." You don't have those call logs because it didn't happen. Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence. I will never use that company again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either. Angela R./Manager and Mitch, stop lying and bad mouthing us. Unless you have proof, keep your mouth shut! Oh and if you need an amazing contractor, I have the perfect company who did an amazing job fixing Landmarks mess!

I have been working with Paul Davis Memphis location-Shannon, Brad and Thomas for several months on…read morea restoration in my home from a leak. They have been AMAZING!!! They have helped me with the insurance process and as soon as work was approved, they had me moved out and work started immediately! Their contractors are there every day and work all day long. Highly recommend them for any type of restoration or construction!!

If I could give this company a negative -10 I certainly would. This company was just sold to a new…read moreowner. That's a huge red flag because I was dealing with an unknown quantity. However they have the previous owner, John Blose, still kept on (briefly I assume) as a General Manager. This company had replaced my roof over a decade ago and they came referred from liberty mutual. I liked their work. They were professional. They were responsive. All of that has gone away now. Squirrels chewed through a corner of my roof shingles and it rained in the house and there is a little patch of black mold. The mold square is about the size of a dinner plate. The estimates I've recieved on that from other companies have been wild. $35,000 to $50,000. They all want to go through my insurance. So I called Paul Davis and showed John Blose a picture and I'm guessing the new owner only does huge jobs now because John said he would have one of his sub contractors call me. All I need is someone who can open up the wall, so I can see if it's spread and take out that portion and redo that square of wall. John Blose forgot to have a subcontractor call me. I called again a week later and he sent me in house to someone on their team. The person offered to come out and never showed. So yeah.. I'm done. Also, when I told them I would be paying for the job out of pocket the man sounded like he immediately lost interest. All these folks want are insurance jobs I believe.
