Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence. We are thankful for the crew mixup because Horacio and his crew did a good job with the foundation. Although there was a language barrier, they addressed our concerns as the work progressed. Even thought the project was larger than expected, his crew took the time needed to do the job right. The only had concerns when the production manager showed up on the site. This is when the job seemed rushed. I rated the work three stars because of the mistakes made by non-workers. I asked the salesman, James, the estimate of work and he said 5 to 6 days. The scheduler at the office estimated 4 days. These estimation inconsistencies seem to be a common theme. The crew started our work a day late because they were finishing a previous job. The salesman didn't quote replacement of the main beam even thought it was obvious that at least some of the beam needed replacing. The main beam was a change order.

This company does not do quality work. I have several items of my property damaged. They do not…read moretape and cover floors and cabinets or your personal property properly while they are doing work on your house. Super unprofessional. I had to hire painters to come in behind them to fix what they messed up. Then, when we finally settled on a final bill minus all of the work I had to do with other vendors, I forgot that I paid for fixtures, glass doors and lighting. So, I subtracted that amount from the total. They sued me for a higher amount than the amount I subtracted. They lied and said they served me and contacted me about this law suit. I didn't know about it until I received a garnishment letter from my employer. I would never use them to do any work for me. They are not trustworthy and have zero moral compass. They basically took advantage of a single woman.

It's now Friday and no call, no show. This is TERRIBLE service. They also go by the name of Dryer Vent Pros. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE A FLY-BY-NIGHT, UNPROFESSIONAL company. The second visit was after the plumber gave the ok. Jestin was THE ONLY person to tell me to start with the plumbing and the ONLY person to be upfront about the polyfoam/polylift process for my particular (complicated to me) driveway issue. Jestin did offer suggestions on how to remedy the situation and I surely appreciate the time he spent explaining to me the pros and cons of both replacing the driveway and using the polylift/polyfoam. The office staff was also very nice and helpful when I needed to reschedule for a second visit. I appreciate an honest company and if I need anything in the future, I will call American Standard Foundation Repair first. After speaking to him, I understood why the polylift/polyfoam application would not be the best option for me and how it could cause more issues.
