Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Angela R./Manager and Mitch, please show me the call logs where "you say my husband called multiple times into the night." You don't have those call logs because it didn't happen. Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence. I will never use that company again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either. Angela R./Manager and Mitch, stop lying and bad mouthing us. Unless you have proof, keep your mouth shut! Everyone who answered the phone or returned calls was courteous and helpful. We needed a new toilet with bidet seat for a disabled son. Is tomorrow ok for the tech to come out for a quote? Wow! Next day, Cabe arrives, no spiel but an honest assessment, good information, no BS. He was knowledgeable, friendly, had an easy humor. And he listened to us! Next week he installs the toilet and bidet, and on his way out I ask him to look at the faucets in the laundry area. They were pretty bad, and as I had already thought, should probably be replaced. Give me a quote, I say, and when he does I ask when he can do the work. Right now, he replies, pending clearance from the office. Clearance granted, he replaces the faucets with new quarter turn ones. Yes, he had to cut into the wall, and while he wasn't obliged to patch it up, he put it back together fairly well. Not long after that we called about a leaking shower. Again Cabe shows up. Replaces the cartridge, but while the leaking stops, the shower handle spins 360 and doesn't check the water from reaching scalding temperatures. But he doesn't support that brand of faucet. Nevertheless, he needs only a few parts - he actually hunts them down at the local big box store! When he leaves, we have a working shower that won't burn our son. He didn't have to do go to all this effort. But he demonstrated a concern for our son's needs. We were the focus of his attention. Excellent service and a real nice guy. Cabe was outstanding, a real gem. Trustworthy. He's like a good friend. I can't recommend Smith's highly enough.

A final thought, if you use a large company for your pool maintenance, they don't care if you are dissatisfied. The people doing the work are just there for a check and don't care about you or your equipment, or your pool. Wally is a small business owner and he definitely cares. He wants his business to be successful and it shows. As a fellow small business owner, I appreciate that and I will absolutely give him my pool maintenance business going forward.

Seth Hersberger, atcame out January 20 to sell us a heating and cooling system, he sold us a Rheem but they brought us a Ruud and swore up and down that it's the same system and like an idiot I believed him. This was the same day that they brought the unit and a crew to install the system and I should have known there was something wrong, approximately 10 man crew was here for the installation. All day and they couldn't finish the job and my family and myself was left in 9 degree weather overnight another crew member came the next day, he wasn't part of the 5 man crew that was in the attic, he told me that the heating system had a defective part that had to be replaced, when the part came back the crew in the attic still couldn't install it and got in a big hurry to go to Home Depot for another part and broke a water line that runs to our Den restroom and flooded the restroom. I was sick of these clowns and wanted them off my property before things got really ugly.AirServe sent a crew to our house for training, they sent 2 others to replace that 5 man crew in the attic, they appeared to be more experienced, but we had 10 more service calls to fix this 10 stooges melee and it still wasn't complete. Approximately 2 months it got warm and the air conditioner was not working we were told that there must be a leak by 4 different technicians from Aire Serv with no proof that there was a leak. I wish these people would go out of business and I'm getting angrier again as I write this, all buyers beware.
