I went with your suggestion, Mr. Yelp. You implied that this was a great company. Well you missed the button on this one and so did I by listening to your suggestion. This is a damn company that should have no stars unless you give them a star for breathing. Seth Hersberger, atcame out January 20 to sell us a heating and cooling system, he sold us a Rheem but they brought us a Ruud and swore up and down that it's the same system and like an idiot I believed him. This was the same day that they brought the unit and a crew to install the system and I should have known there was something wrong, approximately 10 man crew was here for the installation. All day and they couldn't finish the job and my family and myself was left in 9 degree weather overnight another crew member came the next day, he wasn't part of the 5 man crew that was in the attic, he told me that the heating system had a defective part that had to be replaced, when the part came back the crew in the attic still couldn't install it and got in a big hurry to go to Home Depot for another part and broke a water line that runs to our Den restroom and flooded the restroom. I was sick of these clowns and wanted them off my property before things got really ugly.AirServe sent a crew to our house for training, they sent 2 others to replace that 5 man crew in the attic, they appeared to be more experienced, but we had 10 more service calls to fix this 10 stooges melee and it still wasn't complete. Approximately 2 months it got warm and the air conditioner was not working we were told that there must be a leak by 4 different technicians from Aire Serv with no proof that there was a leak. I wish these people would go out of business and I'm getting angrier again as I write this, all buyers beware. read more

DO NOT USE!!!!! Do not get a contract with this company. They will not uphold their contracts. Then they really don't care if your their customer or not. Got a contract with them to come out every so often to check and clean my unit. They keep moving my dates. My air went out and had to call another air company to come their job. When I had called to ask if they could come out they said it would be a pair job not just the check. Then I called back to say cancel the contract and Steven wanted to argue. The tech came out for a cleaning and was going to charge $99. Then he noticed that my pan had a leak and stuck his finger through it . I was pissed. Then they billed me $89 for a diagnostic fee. The techs apparently work off an aggressive commission pay plan and do more selling than repair work. I was told that the company would do free estimates therefore I did not I understand why I was charged $89. After calling two other local licensed companies, I was able to get quality work for half the price. To this day I still ask for my $89 back since their tech made the leak worse and therefore we had to do the repair in the middle of summer and no a/c with small children. Lee and the guys are very nice but prices are too high for a small town. Be carful if the salesman comes out.. Get more that one opinion read more

I have been using Aire Serv for a long time! They are the BEST! Always on time, very professional, trustworthy, these guys go above and beyond their call of duty to help anyway they can! I promise you will not be disappointed if you give them a chance! They have installed 2 units for me, a tankless water heater, a breathe easy system and they service all of my stuff and these guys know what they are doing because they have a leader that cares! Their service guys have no knowledge or experience, it silly. Charge me 700 to put some duck butter around 1 vent totally not the problem called them back 30 min later and never heard anything from them. Got it fixed without them. Would not recommend these people to anyone. Shot and they charged me 15 buck's a month for a year without me knowing, don't call these guys read more

Air conditioning condenser messed up on us and spent a muggy night sleeping ,so the next morning I call Air Serv of Tipton county. It was very early and the answering service took my new customer info and was courteous. Few hours later AirServ calls and we set everything up for 3pm that day. Received a text with my technicians photo and name along with a phone call from Nate with about half an hour heads up. I get home and he's waiting patiently, troubleshoots the issue with the AC, test everything, gives me an honest price and was extremely pleasant. Signed me up for a twice a year maintenance schedule to keep everything running right and now have a reliable heat/ac company to depend on. Thanks Nate for a job well done. read more

I moved into a rental home that is older and wanted to get the ducts cleaned. The company was very responsive and the personnel were all very courteous. I was led to believe the vacuum used with the brushes was powerful enough to suck up all the debris but this was not the case. When we had this most recent cold snap, I turned on the heat and ended up with something that liked like soil all over my upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and landing. Disappointing. read more

The Tech was very professional and went right to work diagnosing the problem. I opted to have A/C and heating replaced and had it installed in 3 days. I am a property manager and it is very hard to find HVAC service past 6pm on Friday and through the weekend. Aire Serve sent a technician out to our tenants in Memphis in under 2 hours and fixed the issue, which we had been trying to diagnose for 3 weeks.
