Last week, Eddie H. came out to do the annual service check on our heating system. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism--we'd been having a bit of an issue that I was hoping wouldn't need an expensive repair. But he diagnosed the problem right away and quickly took care of it. Eddie showed an extensive knowledge of his field. He answered my (endless) questions so patiently and thoroughly that I've gained an entirely new understanding of our "special" system (it filters out allergens, germs, and just about anything you wouldn't want to breathe in, from the air in your home). Now I know what we can do to support its efficiency, so it will continue to help keep our allergies in check. Eddie's excellent customer service definitely went above and beyond the usual. He was so meticulous about checking everything, I felt that he truly cares for our comfort and our health. He also helped us choose a special service plan that will help us to use and maintain our system even more effectively. Which is why today's visit was free! These days it has become a rarity to find a business that places so much importance on giving their clients excellent customer service, which makes you appreciate it that much more when you do. We scheduled installation of a new furnace. The techs picture was sent prior to his arrival and he and his colleague arrived in the early part of the 1 hour window. The tech Austin explained the process to me and began work. He was finished with the install which included a new digital thermostat that was added as a courtesy. The house has been lovely and warm since Friday and is working very efficiently. I would recommend Airserv of Tipton County to anyone with heating or air issues. Super informative allowing me the customer to make the right decision based on my budget. Aire Serv representatives came out and showed me that the heat exchanger in my heating unit was cracked meaning carbon monoxide would be vented into the house if I used my heat in the winter. It took 5 minutes to get financing on a new unit, they came and installed it in about 6 hours and I couldn't be happier. My electric bill went down on an average of $150.00 a month since I replaced the unit and my house has never been this comfortable.. i highly recommend them for heating and A/C needs here in Tipton County read more
