The service was still great and the food came out quickly. They have a good system in place. This time around I ordered the classic eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce is creamy and very mild. It t is less acidic/lemony than most places and not too rich - a plus for me. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I requested extra hollandaise sauce because I knew it was good. (I sampled some from hubby's plate during our first visit.) This was served with those delicious shredded hash browns that they cook so well. The portion sizes are good. I took home one of the benny's and half of my hash browns. Both heated up in the microwave nicely. The egg was still runny. Overall another great experience at Metro Diner!
