Not only did they fail to provide me with the correct limo, they also attempted to overcharge me for the time we had reserved. The drivers could not find the bar we wanted to go to even when we had given them the cross streets. Upon arriving at the clubs, the driver's could not get us in with their advertised "VIP" service. The drivers did not wait with the limo, they chose to go inside the club as well, making it impossible to return for forgotten items or leave on time. The drivers could not fulfill requests for additional ice because they wanted to hangout in the club instead of helping our party. The drivers would not wait for us to get our entire party at the end of the night, leaving us at the club and forcing us to obtain a cab for the ride home. After all this, they are now claiming that someone vomited in the limo and broke glasses, both of which are lies, and they're attempting to charge me an extra $600 on top of the money they were already paid. Terrible service. Scam artists. Do not use.
