These wonderful people were amazing! Can't say enough about them. The guy who picked up my wife and her car was so sweet and helpful.

When the tow truck showed up, he was able to get my car started so it didn't need to be towed.

They were quick and Chase is so kind. I will always use them for auto repair and towing. Thank you for making a crappy day better. read more

Divine's Towing and Hauling - Car being towed - Towing Near Me - Spokane, Washington

Scheduled a tow at a specific time 3 days in advance. Called when they were late and they couldn't find my info, so I gave them the quote number they provided. They then said they do not schedule tow because someone else may call needing a tow. No communication from Divines in advance as I would have called early if I had know they do not honor what is posted on their website regarding scheduling a tow. Worthless company with zero customer care or support. Do not use Divines. read more

Can't say enough great things about this company- fast, professional, affordable, kind. Things you don't typically associate with tow companies. Sending good karma to Eli who came to our rescue in the middle of rush hour. read more

This company is the absolute WORST!! They towed my car which was totaled in a hit and run and I signed the car over to them. We agreed that they would sell the car to cover the car to cover the cost of the tow. At this point, I was no longer liable for the car. But this crap thieving company kept the car that was now their responsibility in the lot for a month before selling it and charged me a total of 4.5k plus for the days it was in the lot. I couldn't get anyone to call me back and was given no opportunity to talk to anyone before they took it to court and garnished me. Horrible people! Do use not use this company! I would give 0 stars if I could. NEVER using them again. read more

Had to have my truck towed to a shop. Was quoted $150 plus mileage. Sounded reasonable. Driver was prompt and friendly, bill was over $350. Mileage to shop was just 15 miles. However, they charged me 21 miles enroute mileage, 15 miles to shop and 5 miles return to shop mileage plus a fuel charge. read more

We used their services this past Friday night because our grandson rolled his car. The sheriff at the scene called a toy truck for us. Driver was polite and had the car ready to tow within an hour. We were charged for 2.5 hours to the tune of $558.00They were not open on Sunday so we couldn't get the car out of their storage and charged another $160.00. Our total bill was $782.62. Outrageous! Never use this company, especially in a crisis. read more

It was a Saturday night, but a 2.6 mile tow was $300. They were there fairly quickly, but I was told by the dispatcher and the tow driver that they could fix the car on Monday, and they couldn't. Had to have it towed to another shop (1.2 miles for $100 by Spokane tow service) read more

Charged for a job they didn't complete AND even tried to charge us more than originally quoted. On 11/06/2018, I confirmed delivery of an empty 40' conex container for 11/16/2018. The unit was to be picked up from the sale site and delivered to our home. I had provided pick up and drop off locations and received a quote for $310.00 I spoke with dispatch who pulled up an aerial photo to confirm drop off location. *Two years prior, we had purchased and had delivered a 40' container from an out of state company. Delivery then went smoothly. On 11/16/2018, the driver loaded the container without issue. He arrived at the bottom of our driveway, attempted to turn, saw a police car behind him, and two other vehicles, and drove past our driveway. The driver later called and advised he had decided he wasn't skilled enough to deliver the container in the semi tractor and flatbed he was driving. He told us he would call his supervisor who was highly skilled to come drive the truck. We picked up driver and drove him to our delivery site. He said he knew his boss could deliver the container but he couldn't. We returned him to the tow truck with the understanding that he was going to follow us to a turn around location and call his boss to have him come make the delivery. We waited at the turn around location for the driver only to recieve a call instead advising us that his boss wasn't coming as he had decided it "wouldn't be safe". No other explanation. The "Boss" never even talked with us or saw the location. The driver asked, "We dont have a truck and flatbed and that is what we would need to do the delivery. Do you have somewhere nearby we can drop it?" !!!! HThe drivers other solution was to take it back to the pick up site. That was not an option as the business already had begun using the space where the container had been removed from. We were left scrambling on a Friday afternoon trying to find someone to come take the container from Divines truck and deliver the container to our property. Divine's had no sollution. We miraculously found someone who advised they could meet us and make the delivery. The Divines driver unloaded the container and proceded to present us with a bill for $370 stating, "I will make the time up somewhere else and not charge you for the time I sat waiting for you to find someone else." !!! We paid the $310 with the intention of dealing with the unreasonable bill after the new company delivered the container. The new delivery was $260.00. With the job complete, I was then able to take up the matter with Divines. I left a response via Square for Divines. We received the following reply, "I'm sorry the driver could not complete the delivery for you but they have to use their best judgement when deciding if they can make a safe delivery without causing damage. Its always challenging when we don't know the details of the destination. Having said that, I know it is frustrating and expensive and I wish we could have finished the job for you." As a consumer, we feel we were charged full price (after they tried to charge even more) for a job they didn't do and one in which they didn't assist with in finding a sollution. Imagine our dispair and frustration; We had a 40' conex loaded on a Friday afternoon and we were left with trying to find a sollution. We also had to pay a second company who actually completed the delivery. It wasn't the time or the place (in the middle of having the new company prep for deliver) to dispute a bill, any bill from Divines. We had given Divines the destination location 10 days in advanced. In fact, we had inquired about delivery (with pick up and drop off location details) three weeks prior and only called back on 11/06 to schedule. If there were questions they had plenty of time to ask. There was also time for them to have visited the site. If Divines doesn't have the equipment to make the delivery then they should have found someone who did and not charged us for a job they could not do. We are still waiting for a response and a refund from Divines. read more
