Booked and appointment online with Jenna. I'm so glad I did. She worked my shoulders and lower back like nobodies business! I could actually roll over when she asked me to. I hardly could do that in bed. I won't lie. It was painful but it was worth it. I could feel my body relaxing. 45 minutes later and I still feel amazing. Slightly sore but I know it's for a good reason. If you're hurting. Go visit this clinic. Prices are reasonable, and on the website. Thank you Jenna. I'll be back here asap.

HOWEVER because I am a non confrontational person, and I had just been in the chair for 3 hours, I said I liked it. Then later that day tried to follow up with the manager. The manager Theresa took 5 days to get back to me, which she then responded with "you told the stylist you liked it, so if you want it changed, you will have to pay for another service." Even after I had explained why I told the stylist I liked it in the first place. I was told not to worry, my hair would fade, well almost a month later.. It still has not faded. I will never be returning here.

Atmosphere: amazing, clean and modern. Has several different rooms like a cafe lounge to have your lunch. A serenity room which is a super cozy place to just lay back and read a book after your massage. A waiting room with amazing assortment of snacks such as mixed nuts, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, homemade granola. They also have an espresso machine there. There are around 15 masseuse working the day I went because the place was very full in the waiting lounge which was a downside. They have a steam shower in the ladies room and a hot tub which I love! I wish there was also a coed one for me and my husband to meet up and hangout in but i can live without that. Don't even bother bringing your husband here this is the best place for YOU time. I got there, and I was told by Carrie that she never spoke to me on the phone, and hadn't set up any appointments that day. Ok, bold face lie, kind of annoying but ok. I had already taken a cab all the way across town to attend this "appointment" so I wasn't about to turn around and leave.. So I ended up getting a massage from Carrie (who does this weird twitchy blinking thing, which was entirely unattractive) of which I paid $200 for, and I was rushed out of the parlor after only 45 MINUTES of my 1 hour time slot... The WORST service, from the most bottom of the barrel women in all of Calgary. DO NOT GO TO CARRIES.
