This first situation she was very rude and sarcastic towards me for absolutely no reason, i was there to pick up a shoe and she gave me the wrong information saying the store didn't have my shoe & when i questioned her, she became very disrespectful when come to find out the store manager (i'm assuming) was able to correctly handle the situation and as I was leaving i could here the employee cursing behind my back.
