I went to the Amazon website and purchased a 50 MF Round capacitor for $17 I removed the two screws On top of the pump motor revealing the housing for the capacitor I removed the two wires going to the capacitor, discharged it by bridging the terminals with a screwdriver and then installed my $17 Capacitor. turned the power back on and the repair was complete. These vehicles were parked in that fire line all day long on multiple occasions. When his crew cut a granite or composite countertop for home they are remodeling, they did it in the front yard without anything taped off or protected from the dust which flew everywhere. My whole front yard and patio furniture, and new water softener were dusted white. He offered to clean my front yard, unfortunately he is missing the point. When I called to complain about the dust or guys in the fire lane, he explained to me what they're doing there/why they're there. Unfortunately missing the point again. I don't need anyone to defend or explain or clean up their mess in my front yard. The point is it shouldn't happen in the first place. Parking in the fire lane is illegal everybody else... gardeners, plumbers etc. pull up to unload and then they go park on the street like the rest of the world. Treat others' homes the way you would want your home treated and the fire lane that protects your family.
