It took awhile to get scheduled because they are in high demand but it was worth it. You get a project manager to oversee your remodel but there were some problems. The tile was not installed even though we were told he would be here on 2 days. As of this review we are still waiting to find out when he is going to show up. Good craftsmanship is hard to find so you are usually at a disadvantage when hiring. Naples Kitchen hires good people but they need to do a better job at communicating schedules.

I got a defective quartz countertop which I didn't find until several Weeks after the install. They refused to do anything saying it was my fault. Never ever would I use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Kudos to these hard working and knowledgeable employees, if they don't know, they will look it up on their phones. Lowe's is in a good location and parking is easy.
