Like any salon, manicurists do varying quality of work. Most of the staff there do a great job. They have every color option you could want, their pedi chairs give good massages, and I appreciate that their staff wear masks. I usually pay via Venmo and try to remember to bring cash tip. I have found some manicurists to be very rough with nails (buff & file so hard they feel thin), and therefore marked down one star.
I get it, covid closures are to keep everyone safe. Trust me, I don't want those germs either. But when it comes to pedi pampering, a girl can only wait so long LOL Queue in Mary please: M - more than gentle and delicate with my cuticles A - amazing foot and lower leg massage R - relaxing and comfortable, even outside under a tent Y - yes, I will be back next month for this It's a lovely shop, pretty new, and super clean. You'll want to take note of their adjusted hours and call ahead to schedule an appointment. As you check in, they sanitize your hands first and then setup the portable pedi station outside (to follow covid rules). Don't worry about the heat, you have your very own portable AC blowing cool air on ya the entire time. My rough hoofs are now soft heels. Thank you Mary and see you next month!
Noah did an excellent job on my nails. I highly recommend him, no one has ever mastered these kind of nail designs like he did. Don't walk, run here.
I called a couple of days in advance to book an appointment for two full sets with a friend. They scheduled us two hours before close, which was probably a good thing because they took almost that long! The store itself is clean and classy looking with plenty of covid precautions taken, including acrylic dividers at the nail stations and masks being required. They allowed my friend and I to sit next to each other, and she got her nails started before I did. My nail tech (didn't get her name, so sorry!) was super thorough and really made sure to get the size and shape I wanted. I was going to get acrylics, but opted to get dip with tips at their recommendation. I am very happy with the results! The store is pretty quiet other than the pop music they have playing, and we were the only customers after a bit so we had three people hovering over us making sure everything was good. My friend and I each got a full dip set with tips, and we both paid $60 plus tip. I'm really pleased with the results and how durable they are (I got this set for UCD graduation). I would definitely return for my next set!
Really disappointed with my nails. They couldn't do designs even though people have posted cool designs from this salon. The nail tech cut my nails super short and filed them to the point where one finger was bleeding for 2 days. The nails also chipped within a week of my manicure. Won't be coming back :(
I randomly found this nail salon and but am so happy that I did my nail here. It was a wonderful experience there. I did my manicure and pedicure with 2 different ladies and they both were very meticulous and took their time to do my nail even though the salon was very busy at that time. They have a wide range of color so I could find a color that I asked for. I also like chrome texture and they nailed it. Highly recommend this nail salon. Best customer service with high quality.
Diva nails is great! They were all super nice and they did an excellent job on my nails and really took their time to make sure I liked the shape and color. It was $48 for the set (the design I picked was extra). As for COVID, they have acrylic screens between them and you the entire time, plus everyone wears masks at all times. The salon itself is very spaceous and they don't have many people in at once (i think the most in there at once were 3 workers and 3 clients) so there was more than enough distance between everyone. Overall very happy and will be coming again.
I had a mani pedi a few months ago. The cuticle removal was so rough that I was bleeding on a two fingers for a few days, and I had sore spots on the edge of my toenails. Edges on the pedicure (normal nail polish) were uneven, but it did not chip. Manicure (normal nail polish) edges began lifting an hour after the appointment. Low price. You get what you pay for. The interior was clean and relaxing.

Always high quality and thorough acrylic nails. Beautiful designs and never any acrylic under the nails! read more
Got my birthday nails done by Mina and they turned out so wonderful! I ended up getting Gel-X extensions with cat eye nail polish and they are perfect for fall. The price is great too! The area was very clean and I definitely would go again. read more
I haven't had a manicure for quite a few years actually and I wanted to pamper myself, but I just did not feel pampered at all. I asked him if they moisturize and do a hand massage. He said yes but All he did was paint my nails and cut my cuticles. So don't expect to feel good or like money well spent walking out of here. My nails look ok. Not messy and he was nice enough but will I ever go back? NO Atmosphere is fine. Nothing special, but looked clean and smelled ok read more

I unfortunately have to be that one person who will be give a one star rating. Ive been coming here for 2 years and this past april will be the last time I will be coming. On April 18, I got a gel polish pedicure. I had a new nail technician who was very rough on my cuticles. Since I wanted a french nail design she kept messing up and re doing. She did one by and one applying a clear looking polish. It would burn each time It was under the uv lamp, imagine she did this for each one. Shortly after the pedicure I was severely itchy on my cuticles. It now has developed a bacterial infection. I am now on antibiotics and toes have not been the same since. I would be cautious as it could be the tools weren't properly sanitized. I will be posting my toe for the whole world to see but I rather you guys know than it happen to you! read more

I used to live closer to the salon so it was my go to bc it's really hard to find a good nail shop in Davis so I decided to go back to it since they did a good job last time I was there and have fair pricing. This time around I asked for a simple French tip square full set which I saw on their website was $55. We got to doing the set and everything was going OK until I noticed that the way the polish was being put on was not according to the reference photo I gave the nail tech. I kept giving her pointers throughout the nail appointment as to where then I wasn't shape correctly or the paint was not cleaned unfortunately I did not notice until I got to the register that the tip on my index fingers had smeared as well as on my middle finger at the register I was ready to pay my $55. But was instead charged $65 because according to them they charge extra for nail length which I have seen been done in other areas so I had no problem paying but I also felt as if this might've been done to include a tip since my service wasn't great and they knew that. Pretty OK place to get a mani/ pedi but if you really wanna make sure you get your moneys worth I would really reconsiderer if you would be OK with having minor errors and still paying full amount. Thankfully the errors are not as noticeable but im not satisfied with the service. read more

Here at 10:30 to use a gift card. It's closed and no one is inside. Couldn't find anything about it being closed on any site and no one answered the phone call. Hope the opener is okay, but disappointed. read more

If I get my nails done I usually just stick to my regular nail and get gel polish to make it last longer. They did a great job! And super fast. I will be coming back. read more

New nail salon in Davis near Target and TJ Maxx!! They are having a 20% discount for their first month of being open. I definitely recommend visiting. The red prices on the photo are with the 20% discount. I got a Classic Spa Pedicure and my nail tech was so attentive and detailed. I also love how they have all their regular polished painted onto a wheel of nails like the gel polishes are. It makes it so much easier to find a color and I get to sit in the massage chair sooner and sift through the polishes while my feet are being taken care of. They also have a student discount going on--they told me if I refer someone, I get $3 off my next service and the person I refer gets $2 off theirs! So definitely go check them out. I had the best pedicure here, I thought I wouldn't find a favorite salon in Davis, but now I have. Plus, the 20% discount and the student discount will make it worth your while. read more

Lovely find! They squeezed me in as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon for a gel manicure. Never felt rushed! Very reasonable prices at $45. My nail tech did exactly what I asked for in my reference picture. I didn't grab her name but I will be back! read more

Waste of time, gas and money. $80 for manicure and pedicure and was left like this. I addressed the issue while still in the chair and she pretended to fix them but clearly did nothing. read more

I decided to give this place a chance because the inside looks nice and clean and I'm trying to find a good nail place in Davis. I called the morning of to make an appointment for the afternoon, arrived right on time, but still had to wait 40 minutes to be waited on. The pedicure was OK but I felt they rushed the entire time. They did a manicure while I was in the pedicure chair and didn't soak my hands at all. They definitely rushed through the services and pushed me out, even though I said I didn't think my nails were dry the lady told me that they were and so of course I smudged my thumb trying to pay. All she did was paint a couple of layers over it. In the end, my pedicure turned out OK, nothing special but not horrible. However, the paint job on my manicure is terrible. I won't be coming back. read more
