I came today for a pedicure, and I am very happy with the results so far I don't know the gentleman's name who is working on me, but he is nice, and he is doing great work. Needed my nails done for a wedding I'm in and was seen quickly! The girl that did my nails was very professional and thorough. Trimmed all my cuticles and took her time to make sure they were well prepped before continuing. Love how she shaped my nails exactly as I asked too. I can't believe I tried this place yet again; isn't that the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome? Ugh. That's exactly what I did when I went in for a pedicure tonight. It was the most rushed and painful pedicure I've ever had. My epidural was easier than this experience. If there were an option for zero stars I would have given it. I left with two bleeding and sore feet. My cuticles were a hack job . I never received an apology or even acknowledgement from the gentleman tech. Thirty dollars lighter with stinging toes...will not be back again and will warn people of my experience. What a shame. Below description of the Deluxe Pedicure and it's suppose to be in connection with the classic I paid for Deluxe, but not what I received. My heals were still rough, my exfoliation organic sugar scrub consisted of Kroger brand Hand soap that had a nice scent but I didn't want my legs massaged with hand soap. I did get some kind of mud mask on my calfs with warm towel. I was tired and relaxing so just sitting there felt good, but I feel like I was short changed on what I paid for. She did take her time but I still feel like part of my pedicure was missing. The Deluxe Pedicure Duration varies * $35 The classic spa pedicure plus the upgrades of exfoliation organic sugar scrub, refreshing cooling gel or foot mask, longer legs and foot massage. The Classic Pedicure Duration varies * $25 Traditional spa pedicure; whirlpool foot softening soak, nail shaping, cuticle treatment, callus remover, basic light exfoliation, light legs & foot massage with hot towel and polish. This is a hit and miss place, I've had awesome pedicures here before, it just depends on who you get. Time to give a new place a try. read more

Clean, quick, and quality shellac manicure! I had a great experience at Diva Nails. My only complaint is that my friend and I had appointments for manicures and ended up waiting at least 25 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. It seemed like they were taking walk in appointments amidst scheduled appointments. I would definitely give them another chance. You can't beat the prices! read more

I've been coming here for a few years, while I've never had issues with the wait or the service today was an entirely different experience. while getting my pedicure a lady asked for a refund because her toes were not to her satisfaction, I didn't not see them or the service but after she left the staff laughed at her for a solid 10 minutes. While getting my pedicure the person was extremely rough and I left with my cuticles very sore. He buffed my nails to the point to they were burning because he was too distracted talking to other staff I had to pull my foot away several times. Same thing happened when he started buffing the bottom of my feet, few hours later and the arch of my foot is still extremely sensitive. He stopped several times during the service to just get up and put other things away that were at other pedicure stations or to have a conversation with someone else. It was decently busy while I was there so I understand a bit but the way the staff was running around it was a very chaotic environment. I can honestly say I have never had a foot massage that is usually done with lotion be done with hand soap as well. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a friend go there and her nails are straight up bleeding because the lady that did them didn't stop when she said it hurt. 2 1/2 hours and they still bleed, ones too long, it's bubbling, and the UV light BURNED her hand. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

The owner (I'm assuming) is awful and rude. She made it seem like we were inconveniencing her for coming in. I brought my daughter in to get her nails painted for the first time and she didn't even acknowledge my daughter, questioned her color choice, and rushed through the whole thing. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I've been loyal to this establishment for YEARS. I went in to get a mani/pedi on a Sunday, two hours before they closed. They sat me in a pedicure chair for over a half hour, when the owner finally came over, she said that I ALWAYS come in near closing time and that she wanted to turn me away but that's not who she is. Mind you, I was two hours from closing and usually come in during the weekdays on my lunch hour. She proceeded to aggressively/roughly do my nails and yell at the lady doing my pedicure. If the lady doing my pedicure hadn't of started, I would have left right then. I will never go back. You do not treat people that way, especially one that has been a loyal customer since the beginning. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

I got a full set and all of my nails broke right at the line of the fake nail because the acrylic was so thin. I went in and had them fixed and then got them filled hoping it would help but now I am left with bloody broken nails and lots of pain. Will not ever go to this place again. read more

I tried this place out based on a recommendation and I 100% will not be returning. The bags they put around the bottom of the tub to do a pedicure were too big so not only did it feel weird on your feet they keep getting sucked into the vents and falling off. I personally do not like hot water but this water was not even warm. I asked twice for them to make it warmer and it seemed to make no difference. The person doing my pedicure cut me with the tools and said nothing. The second they are done applying your nail polish they ask for payment are not discreet about asking for tips. I made an appointment 2 days prior to when I wanted a pedicure. When I arrived, every chair was taken. When the owner was asked how long she did not respond. Finally, another worker responded "it will be over an hour". When I made the reservation, I asked several times if I would be accommodated. I was told yes. Bad way to do business!!!!!!!! read more

So I got a pedicure at Diva nails and It was really good and the lady was super nice to me and I was happy with how my toes turned out. A few months later I decided to give Diva nails a try at Acrylics. I went with my cousin and both my nail tech and her nail tech were unforgivably rude. Most people go get their nails done to pamper themselves, a nice treat, not get treated inhumanly and get nails you did not ask for. When my cousin asked for almond shape he refused to give her almond shape, and only could do square or round. I had acrylics on when I arrived and told my tech that I wanted them exactly like the acrylics I had on, and he refused and told me that the ones I had on were way too long. I tried to explain to him that I've gotten them this length before but he did not listen. My nails are now the length they would be without acrylics usually and that defeats the purpose of me getting them. He also jerked my hand around the whole time, not gentle at all, in addition to cutting my cuticle and making me bleed. I see why this is called diva nails, cause that's what they act like. Q nails down the street from this salon is so much better, they let you get the shape you wand and treat you like a paying customer should be treated. read more

I stopped in because I had to cancel my regular appointment with my nail lady @ VIP. I was so happy with being able to go on a Sunday morning to get it done. Life is crazy with sports and the kids especially, this time of year. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of shellac colors, a little better than my regular spot and tons of glitter types. The guy with the rotten teeth there is super creepy. Asked where I worked and when I said at a gym he made a comment about my "athletic body". He also made a joke about being called "daddy" and a bunch of other sexual jokes. The worst part is that he remembered me from the last time I was there. Really creepy experience. Even saw a little girl giving him a number and the lady next to me said "she's giving her moms phone number to him". I'm hoping that they know each other and it's not what I think that is. The nails are mediocre. Their regular polish ALWAYS bubbles no matter what and the top coat chips. I think that has to do with them using old polish and adding some liquid to it to create more polish out of an old bottle that's running out. I purely only go to this place for convenience when others are closed. The nails aren't the worst that I've had but their attitude there is awful. The manager Jenny is also very bad at pressuring and rushing people. It's almost like she's shouting at you. You walk in and she's like "what do you want?" And like stares at you. First the good. The facility is relatively clean. Jenni does an amazing job with acrylics (not too thick and uniform shape and very delicate with the drill). The bad; don't come with any design ideas from pinterest they cannot do much in the way of basic nail art, even though the "basic pedicure" includes "exfoliation" I was told, even after pointing the word out in the menu, that the massage and application of lotion was exfoliation and that the package that was $10 more would include this. Even if you have an appointment they will take walk-ins ahead of you. I waited 20 minutes and felt like I was more of an inconvenience. The lady that preformed my pedicure was so rough with my toes she severely split the skin between two of my toes and kept spraying rubbing alcohol on it which obviously felt fantastic. I am upset that the sand will be getting in the wound on my honeymoon and wedding photos will feature gems stuck on around the cuticle as a sophisticated classy bridal manicure. I will still see Jenni for a fill but will be taking my pedicure business and polish for events elsewhere. read more

I tried this salon a year ago after leaving a place that I had been using every 2 weeks for 5 years. Diva Nails does a good job every time. The shellac lasts without chipping. My own nails are stronger. They use the file to start, but soak with acetone. The previous salon just uses the files to speed up the process of removing the old shellac. My nails had become very thin and would tear from underneath. The old salon was faster and turned over more clients, but damaged my nails. With Diva nails, my nails are healthy and strong. You need to plan an hour. read more

The worst nail salon ever, very rude, ill-mannered and even more disgusting not nice to children. I took my 10 year old twin granddaughters for their birthday, one of which is wheelchair bound due to Cerebral Palsy. When we arrived at Diva Nails we signed in and I helped the girls pick out their colors, they were so excited....... We then waited and waited as I am clearly seeing they are taking customers walking in one after another before the girls who have been waiting patiently for over an hour. Finally some women yells out who I could barely understand "SEAT 9 AND 10 only to continue to wait and completely ignore us. Then one of the punk manicurist gives my 10 year old granddaughter a dirty look because he had to walk around her wheelchair, that did it I got the girls and left. I might also add as we were leaving they did not say a word to us. read more
