The place is great on customer service and very friendly and talkative. I have had a toe nail color change done (regular polish), a fill-in (twice), and a pedicure on a different visit. I have been happy with the outcome of my nails both times. However, I am giving the 4 stars because both times I visited the shop, I was cut. If you've ever been cut before its a small annoyance and super inconvenient. I will go back. Hoping to have a slightly different experience.

Our first visit, my husband and I received a basic mani/pedi and my husband received a basic pedi. I also received a small design on one finger on each hand. Total for the both of us for everything was $70, before tip. They have since raised their prices for the basic pedicure from $25 to $30, but still a good deal. I have not gotten a manicure since the first visit, so am not sure if prices were raised across the board. They didn't have a wide variety of colors for gel polish the first couple times I went, but have since added more. If you have something specific in mind, they may not have it, as was the case with me; but it wasn't that big a deal. The massage chairs on the left side are newer and work better- I got one on the opposite side the last time we went and it stopped working twice, like no power at all. Didn't really get to relax much since I was focused on trying to get the chair to work again. Aside from that, we always leave feeling relaxed. Would recommend and will continue to return.

The majority of the time, I leave with beautifully shaped, cleaned, and polished nails. Normally, the technician takes their time to ensure precision in their work. However, there have been a couple of times when I felt rushed. The technician did a dip powder manicure in less than 20 minutes and I left with sloppy and bumpy nails. After that time, I just became very specific with what I wanted. I think that's the key because everyone is different. If there's something you don't like - then speak up. Everyone that I've had there has been receptive to that and work to make you happy. I don't have a preference on a technician. I normally just walk-in and wait. It's rare that I wait very long but I also try to avoid times that seem to be busy (i.e. Saturday afternoons or after work). The prices are reasonable and comparable to other places in town.
