It had been a long time since I had gotten my nails done at a salon. I had a really good experience here just last week! A good friend was in town and we went in for pedicures. Prices seemed reasonable when compared to other salons in town. Efficient service! We both just got basic pedicures, and had chipped and worn nail polish before coming in. Never felt like they rushed through the steps and services, nor took too much time. Neat work, no smudging, careful quick work. Only note was that my friend's pedicurist kept asking if she wanted different services added on even though we continually insisted we only wanted the basic pedicure, a little annoying, but in the grand scheme of things not a big deal. And my guy never pressed me to add on services so I was a happy camper! Would definitely come back and recommend! read more

Went in for a manicure, which I rarely ever go out and have done. Was looking forward to a fun afternoon with a good friend, only to be ruined by this nail experience. I paid quite a bit of money for a gel manicure. The man doing my nails was extremely unfriendly (apparently he is the owner), kept complaining about how short my nails were. Told me I was so difficult because of the length of my nails. After he finished painting I looked at my nails and asked for him to finish painting my middle finger which was not fully painted at the edge of my nail. Didn't think I was asking much considering I was paying for a service. Rather than painting the edge of my fingernail he then took out his file and nail clippers and cut and filed my nail to where the nail polish stopped. After he was complaining about how short my nails were, he decides to cut them even shorter..... I will never recommend them to a friend or an acquaintance. I was beyond disappointed with my experience. After all the trouble and him shouting across the salon in Chinese after everything I said to him, even apologizing for being difficult... just wanted to leave with my nails looking decent. My nails were sealed to the skin beneath them. Had to pick at the clear coat to unseal my nails to my fingers. Save your money. Choose a different salon!!!!!!! read more

The nail technicians here are very professional and they do a good job with the nails. Customer service is decent. Some of them talk to you while some don't because their lack of English. It is the same in every nail salon anyway. I would recommend to go get your pedicures done there. They have many pedicure prices and options. There is a deluxe and royal ped with many different toe treatments and longer massage time on the spa chair. It's definitely worth an experience even though it can be pricey. Overall, what matter is to get your nails nicely done. read more

Went in today for the second time this month. Very pleased the first time, and today I had probably one of the best pedicures ever. I think it was the owner (Pho) and he gave me THE best foot massage I've ever had, seriously. I had the Deluxe I think? (with callus removal) and it was fantastic. I did make a reservation because the last time I tried to walk in on a Monday morning (thinking it would be dead) I had to wait too long. They had about 6 technicians today and it was pretty busy. If I can get that great a pedicure I will be a regular. Lots of young kids there too. read more

Horrible service. I told them I wanted a regular pedicure and manicure. They kept pressuring me into getting expensive package. I told them I just wanted to add callus removal which I saw on the back was for an extra $5. However, they pretended they didn't understand English and kept pointing at the Duluxe package for more money. I'll never come back to this place. read more

I have been here before and had a pleasant experience - wish I had a written a review then, because this is actually a very nice place to get a beautiful manicure/pedicure at a decent price. I visited here again this afternoon with my teenage daughter. The staff was extremely friendly and the shop was clean. I actually loved having someone do my manicure as someone else was doing my pedicure at the same time. I felt "pampered" and I appreciated not having to sit around for hours. Both of our manicures and pedicures were very well done and even when I ruined my thumb while drying - the girl was pleasant and kind about fixing it. The bonus was the nail art that I had on my toes. I like to have something painted on my toes (I'm a runner and my feet aren't pretty so I like to do whatever I can to disguise my ugly toes). One of the girls painted snowflakes on my big toes. They are BEAUTIFUL!. I always have nail art on my feet and I have to say that she is definitely one of the best artist! It only cost $5 more dollars! When I paid - there were no surprises. What a great go-to place for a really nice mani-pedi experience. I'll be back! Please give this place a try. read more
