I scheduled an appointment. It was already difficult enough to get an appointment and I made several phone calls during her open business hours and nobody answered the phone. When I finally had a scheduled appointment she seemed very concerned I would no-show. I did need to move my appointment one time but I assured her I would be there, would've even happily given a credit card to secure it. I was the first appointment at 11am. She told me not to be early because she was never early but I didn't expect her to no-show. I waited until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and nobody was there to open the shop. In this day and age. to not answer your phone, not to forward to a cell phone or to not be prompt or at least text or call that you're running late is unacceptable. I had told her I needed the cut for an occasion and needed to be done within an hour which she assured me I would be. If she runs a business like she cuts hair maybe I saved myself from a disaster. read more

BEWARE of the man working at this place. What happened here was very unusual. I went in to have a simple haircut, a trim of 1 inch and ended up with 6 inches hacked off, not an ideal haircut for my face. This happened because the man who works there did not follow my instructions. He disregarded anything I requested and he said, "we'll fix you up." His entire approach and demeanor was sexist and condescending as he proceeded to do a very uneven cut. He also seemed hard of hearing. The professional who manages this store is a very nice lady who told the man to leave and then proceeded to salvage what she could. Hopefully she will be able to hire someone else soon who is capable of helping her out. read more
