Amazing haircuts in and out Dalon was awesome. The place was very clean had my beard trimmed. It was perfect.

Nice spot with great employees. Price is right but don't expect a top quality cut. I had to fix the fade when I got home. Good for little kids to grab a basic cut. read more

Still top notch cuts and shaves!!!! Gray vibe; relaxed and fun. Make and appointment and stop in!! read more

They say walk ins are welcomed but that is far from the truth. I arrived shortly after opening and there were no customers. I was brusquely informed by the barber that they were waiting for a scheduled appointment. Clearly not an ambitious shop. My cut is simple and can be done by a competent barber in under 15 minutes. In fact, went to a nearby barber, walked in, was graciously welcomed and was in and out in under 15 mins. I was so pleased, I gave a 50% tip. read more

Professional. Proper. Rivals all the cuts I've had in SF and beyond. Dub is an amazing barber and gentleman. He was gracious and was able to squeeze me in among their booked schedule for a quick fade to make me a respectable human again! Thank you for your kind service and hospitable and cool atmosphere - a blessing in a tourist town. I needed this and would recommend to everyone looking for a clean cut before getting your Wyoming country on. -- the other barbers in house (Jordan and a well tailored man with an epic beard that I didn't catch the name of) both gave exceptional cuts and fades while I was there and look to be top quality as well. read more

We brought our five-year-old here to get a haircut. They did a great job and we're very kind. There was no wait. They have four chairs. Will definitely come here again! They are right in the town square of Jackson hole you can't miss them there next to the pizza place called Pinky G's. read more

Do not try to walk in to this place. It says "walk-ins welcome" all over but you're basically invisible if you don't have an appointment. It borders on disrespectful. They could tell you that they don't have time, but instead pretend you're not there. read more

My husband and son went here and I am someone who grew up in Jackson and there were other barbers that they had gone to see but never have my son or husband had a better haircut than from this amazing place. The best haircuts the men in my life have ever received well worth a visit read more

Very rude, I would not go here. Barber shop that does not do beard trims means no talent. I went to the other barber shop in town.

Walked in today for a buzz cut, no greeting whatsoever until one of the barbers just said "name?" without another word. I responded with my name and then had audacity to ask how long he thinks it will be. He didn't respond at all. I asked again if he can tell me and he just just "no" in a rudest possible way. Then he proceeded to educate me on the intricacies of barber art by saying "every haircut is different, if you are not here when we call your name too bad." There is a way of being direct and a way of being rude for no reason. He chose the latter and enjoyed it seemingly. I politely said thanks and walked out to never return again. Which is what I recommend to others unless of course one has masochistic tendencies. Avoid it for your own sake. read more

Such a great experience at this place! We were in the area on vacation, when we found this place on Yelp! We were sad to find out that, understandably, you must bring your own whiskey. They have shelves of whiskey that they keep there for the regulars. Two adults and two children received great haircuts with last minute appointments. Super grateful to the friendly crew here. read more

My son went in for his first haircut at the Whiskey Barber and I could not stop laughing at how awful a haircut it was. The only saving grace was that they left enough hair to go to another place where someone who knew what they were doing could fix it. He went in with a full head of curly hair and asked to have it cut short in the back with a little curl up top. He ended up looking somewhere between Peter Brady on a really bad hair day and a curly hair MacGyver with a mullet. When he walked in the shop the first thing the haircutter said was "I'm only cutting your hair once" which seemed an ominous foretelling of what was to come. He wouldn't let my son look in the mirror while he was getting the haircut. By the end, the only thing to do was to leave as quickly as possible and make an appointment with someone else to fix it. Beware! read more

Men & boys only. My boyfriend got a great haircut here and it's just an awesome, comfy place to come hang out. They have glassware and whiskey so......or bring your favorite beverage. read more

The Whiskey Barber - Keepin' It Real - Barbers Near Me - Jackson, Wyoming

Doors closed as I stepped into "Teton Barbers", but they were very accommodating by suggesting "Whiskey Barber". Arrived at Whiskey with 5 min prior to close. Haircut took place just before closing, but my barber took his time making sure I was satisfied. Having a place like this back home would be awesome. My barber cut 95% of my hair with scissors. The other 5% of my cut was with clippers to trim my neck and beard. Awesome job. Thx for the great haircut and great service. read more

After reading the reviews, I was on the fence about trying this place out. I'm glad I did. Here's the deal: people with appointments, particularly regulars / locals, are going to get priority. If you are walking in (like I did), expect to wait patiently for a slot where they can fit you in. Your patience will be rewarded with a surprisingly meticulous haircut. These guys take their craft seriously. If you are in a rush and don't have an appointment, this isn't the spot for you. If you have some time to chill and read a magazine, go for it. "Dub" cut my hair. I am very happy with the result. read more

I'm married with my husband for 40 years I don't remember seeing such a bad haircut. I really don't recommend going there especially that one of the crew members was really rude, Will definitely never go back there again! read more

Amazing barber shop in Jackson! They always cut my son's hair extremely well, none of this chopped hair you see on some kids. Both barbers are super friendly and wonderful with customers and their kids. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a barber! read more

I got my haircut here on a Saturday and I made an appointment for 10:30 AM. I walked straight in and got in a chair. One of the co-owners was my barber (the Whiskey Barber). He was a really cool and genuine guy. He gave me a great fresh cut but whats-more was the experience I got. Half way through my haircut, every chair was filled and people were interacting. We talked travel, work and whiskey. I had planned on trying Wyoming Whiskey in a local bar but after catching a glimpse of it in the shop, we talked about it and he asked if I wanted to pour a little nip. So, I got to try the whiskey before I bought it and I got a bit of a history lesson in the process. I got more than a haircut. I got an experience. read more

I've had my haircut here by two different guys multiple times over the past year. It's great each time! They're awesome people and the shop is cool and comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving it 4 stars is it's a bit on the pricey side for a simple haircut. However, I'm willing to keep paying it for as long as I live in JH because you're the best there is here by far! read more

This is a very cool barber shop. There are 3 great guys behind the chairs. Easy, chill environment. Just walk in and get an amazing cut or trim. We took our dad here for a haircut and they really listened to what he wanted. These guys really pay attention to the details. read more

Got a hair cut and shave (or what I refer to as a macial) along with a few cocktails. Awesome experience well worth the price.

Awesome place! Great hair cut and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping by for a trim or maybe even a glass of whiskey! Will definitely be back read more

This place is amazing the barbers here are awesome would highly recommend this place if you have the time also call and get a reservation

Best barbershop in Town! These guys are professional that can give you just about any haircut under the sun with amazing results.. I have converted multiple people to this spot over the years and I will continue to do so! Just remember to bring your own whiskey, as the stock they carry belongs to regulars... If you are visiting town, living in JH or even unhappy with your last haircut, hit these guys up and make an appt!!! They will take care of you! read more

I stopped in while on vacation to get a cut, and was seen pretty quickly. The guy that did my hair did an awesome job, and the environment was great. The only problem I had with this shop was the price. It's 25 for a normal haircut and they only take cash. However, there's an atm just 2 blocks down. read more

Have a cousins wedding in Jackson this weekend. Stopped into town and this was the first place I saw. Ironically my computer died as I was searching for a place and when I just got back to the ranch now, I see that Whiskey Barber was in fact the first link I clicked on. What a riot. Dub gave me a fade. All with clippers. He took his time, and I wondered a few times what is this gonna look like, as one thing I noticed was all the barbers cut their customers hair with their back to the mirror. I don't know if that was a weird analysis of if in fact that's how they do it until the "final reveal". Well needless to say I was surprised to see one of the flyest haircuts I have ever received. Lots of locals walked in. Everyone seemed to know each other and it seemed really pleasant. Dub is from VT and has actually been to Gloucester where I'm visiting from so conversation goes a long way. Thanks dudes. read more

Worst haircut I've had in years. They were busy, but I felt like just a number in line. The barber failed to listen to what I was saying and just did his own thing. When I asked him about it he used barber talk to tell me I didn't tell him using the right words. I may just shave my whole head and start over. I don't really love any of the barbers in town, but if you must get a cut I reccomend Teton Barbers. At least I've never had a bad cut there. read more

Bad experience, bad haircut. Your haircutting dollars are better spent elsewhere, where you can get a good cut without the ego.

My two sons and husband enjoyed an amazing experience w Dave and Dub. The shop is clean, comfortable and full of testosterone. Ladies we go to get that massage around the corner while the men bond.. Oh yeah, the boys looked great and couldn't stop talking g about the time spent there. Thanks Whiskey Barber. You do great work and keep the history and fine art of barbering alive read more
