I showed them a picture of what I wanted but it came out nothing like how I asked. It's way too long on top and super short on the sides. The lady who cut my hair was friendly though. I prefer my hair "shaggy but not unkept " This haircut makes me look about 10 years older and like I'm a sergeant in the military. I'm so disappointed because usually I have had a great experience here. but it tends to be one of the only barbershops in town that know what they're doing.

She works with me and my silly schedule, she listens when I tell her the crazy things my hair has been doing between visits, she suggests solutions and doesn't try to change me up too much. She educates me and she listens to me yammer while she cuts and styles my hair. I know I will not have a "bad hair day after a bad cut day" because, with Michelle, they don't exist. Period.
