As I was travelling around in the last month, I felt I really needed a deep tissue massage. Preston kindly acquiesced. And Wow! I have not had a deep tissue massage this good in years. Every stroke was deliberate and en pointe. There was not a 'filler' move in the entire session. He was present and attentive. He worked on my neck integrating his work on Rolfing and now my head is placed and positioned where it should be and I am filled with joy and gratitude while working on my computer tonight. On top of that I was charged 50$ for a 5 minute haircut that left one side longer than the other. Normally when a person spends 200$ at a salon they leave there with a smile on their face and completely satisfied with the results. I was very unhappy to say the least. Two days later I returned to have highlights put in my hair to try and correct the issue. Now Aubrey not only told me but another new stylist who was shadowing her that she was putting lots of blonde highlights all over my hair. As I was hopeful for a positive outcome I was left with barely any color correction at all. A total waste of time. No blonde highlights whatsoever. Until Aubrey is more experienced and has confidence in her techniques she should not be charging customers top $$$. There will not be a return visit to this salon from myself.
