Probably the best massage I have had in years, so good I went back the next day. Not only did she give me a massage, she explained more thoroughly than my doctor about what was going on with my body. Following the massage she recommended exercises to help me with my issues. After the massage I had a great pedicure. The following day I had the top of the line facial with Celeste. Again, amazing. At first I was a little concerned about the price, but they were having a special that included special exfoliations and the facial was an 1 1/2 hours. I was not sure I could handle that long of a facial....time flew, she is so knowledgeable and explained what she was doing through the process. She does a great facial massage, arm, and leg massage. I do not understand how this place does not have any reviews. But they are worth 5 stars.

The service took over 2 hours, even though we were told between 1-1.5 hours. The polish job was terrible (in part because the polish seemed old). Several of our nails weren't completely painted and there was bubbling and lumps on many. There was no buffing so the edges were all rough from the emery board she used to file the nails almost completely down (no clippers). The manager was quick to respond and stated she would discount my service and I would see it in a few days. She was appropriately responsive and apologetic. That was on July 14. It is now August 7th and the manager has stopped responding to my messages and we have not seen any refund in our bank. It is disappointing that she has not acted in the good faith she promised. I suppose since we were traveling guests she realized that our return visit wouldn't be affected. My family does plan to return to the Resort the salon is located on, but we will not be using the salon again. The gal that performed the service was VERY friendly but stated she was a massage therapist. I was informed when I booked that I would not have a nail tech, but that we would love the results. I was not expecting a full and beautiful mani/pedi for my daughter and me, but this experience wasn't even decent. Again, the gal was very nice. But the value of the service fell far below the price. I do not recommend this salon unless you are with a known specialist. And even then, I do not have faith that management will professionally handle complaints if your experience requires any intervention.
