She ran it under water, applied product to the strands, not the scalp, rinsed that out and repeated with conditioner. At no time did she touch my scalp, much less shampoo my hair. Consequently the blow out lasted less than 24 hours before it was just flat, dirty hair. In my opinion and experience a blow out includes a shampoo, which means vigorous scrubbing of the scalp. This is more of a wet and style; the website should be clear on that detail.

The job generally felt rushed- this would be okay if the quality was also fine. One of my gel nails chipped within 24 hours of getting them done. Massive disappointment. The pricing was not bad at all, especially for a touristy area. But I guess you get what you pay for- cheap prices + rushed services = issues with product which I unfortunately faced.
