I booked a massage with Henry and he was AMAZING. He listened to what my body needed and was able to give the desired pressure in a customized massage. Good location, nice people, nice clean salon. I booked a styling appointment- a blow out. The…read morestylist did an okay job, but she did not shampoo my hair. She ran it under water, applied product to the strands, not the scalp, rinsed that out and repeated with conditioner. At no time did she touch my scalp, much less shampoo my hair. Consequently the blow out lasted less than 24 hours before it was just flat, dirty hair. In my opinion and experience a blow out includes a shampoo, which means vigorous scrubbing of the scalp. This is more of a wet and style; the website should be clear on that detail.

I decided to try balyage in a silvery color with dark roots. Elisha did a wonderful job! She was realistic in what to expect trying to go so light with very dark hair, and was careful not to lift so much as to cause damage. She went above and beyond and spent extra time getting the shade just right. I opted for a long bob and absolutely love the color and cut combination. Highly recommend!

The salon was clean, sanitary and comfortable. My manicurist did stop during my manicure to get another client started with soaking off their gel. However, it didn't feel rude, rushed or disrespectful, not to mention the pedicurist continued working on my pedicure and I never felt like either technician missed a beat. It was truly a great experience, especially having my manicure done from the pedicure chair, what a nice treat that was. Thank-you Pearl Street Nail Salon for such a wonderful experience. Really wish I could give them a better review. Recently went on vacation with my family. Needed a…read morenew gel manicure ASAP as mine were starting to break. They were able to fit us in with ease even day of. Nail artists were solid with designs, color selection was solid, I will give major kudos on the fact it seemed incredibly clean, not only the stations but also the tools. Where our issues lied: First, multiple people doing nails would just get up to work on other customers nails which delayed time for multiple patrons unexpectedly. The job generally felt rushed- this would be okay if the quality was also fine. One of my gel nails chipped within 24 hours of getting them done. Massive disappointment. The pricing was not bad at all, especially for a touristy area. But I guess you get what you pay for- cheap prices + rushed services = issues with product which I unfortunately faced. This place, I believe, would be solid if you're getting a super simple mani pedi last minute, need a single or two nails repaired, but would not suggest for full service if you're looking for a quality over price.
