She ran it under water, applied product to the strands, not the scalp, rinsed that out and repeated with conditioner. At no time did she touch my scalp, much less shampoo my hair. Consequently the blow out lasted less than 24 hours before it was just flat, dirty hair. In my opinion and experience a blow out includes a shampoo, which means vigorous scrubbing of the scalp. This is more of a wet and style; the website should be clear on that detail.

She was realistic in what to expect trying to go so light with very dark hair, and was careful not to lift so much as to cause damage. She went above and beyond and spent extra time getting the shade just right. I opted for a long bob and absolutely love the color and cut combination. Highly recommend!
