The worst part was she let me walk out of the salon without showing me the results in a mirror. She lifted my hair color until it was literally orange and tried to cover it up with darker toner. Zero integrity & unprofessional !!!!!! Stay clear of this salon, low quality & below average color. SACHIA especially. She does not have the experience. Costly color correction and major damage to my hair.

Two days later I returned to have highlights put in my hair to try and correct the issue. Now Aubrey not only told me but another new stylist who was shadowing her that she was putting lots of blonde highlights all over my hair. As I was hopeful for a positive outcome I was left with barely any color correction at all. A total waste of time. No blonde highlights whatsoever. Until Aubrey is more experienced and has confidence in her techniques she should not be charging customers top $$$. There will not be a return visit to this salon from myself.
