I was in Jackson Wyoming for a month and came in twice for a 90 minute massage with Vicky. I've had literally hundreds of massages in my life from dozens and dozens of different masseuses / massage therapists and Vicky is hands down the best I've ever had. I didn't have to explain anything other than I had some pain and she was able to find the muscles that were tight and she did her magic. I returned about a week later because I was still having some additional issues and she once again was able to find the muscle group that needed treatment. She used an unorthodox approach ( at least one that I've never had done on me ) that literally took muscles that had been locked up for years and was able to get them to finally "release" and go back to normal. It was a bit painful, but I was pretty jacked up and I told her to go for it. That was three weeks ago and since then I've gotten back into my regular workout routine ( swimming, hiking, and cycling ) and I must say I have greater range of motion in my arms and legs. I got the standard pedicure which came with an 8-minute massage and the whole experience was perfect! They took their time and removed cuticles, filed, and delicately polished my toes. They were very friendly and the salon was clean. I feel like it was a great value for $45 and I would come here again. Had a gel mani and pedi on August 8. The man who did my nails used a drill to completely remove all gel. In addition, he removed a good deal of my nail bed. Today is September 8 and I do not have a single nail on either hand that is not cracking and crumbling. My nails on August 8 were quite strong. Literally I am having to bandage 2 of my fingers because the nails are broken past the quick. As soon as the nail begins to grow out, it is so thin it crumbles. My pedi was fine. Additionally, less than 24 hours after the manicure, the paint was already peeling off. I don't know if I've ever left a bad review, but with fingers looking terrible and literally hurting, I had to warn others. read more

Came in town to shop while my hubby and son hit some fishing holes. To kill time I popped in to get a pedicure. I was fortunate to walk in to get served promptly as they had a steady stream of traffic coming in while I was here. I suspect it is due to the fact their basic pedicure begins at $15 less than the competition -- I called around. :). The staff was very friendly, competent and skilled. I've been going to Pro Nails off and on for 4+ years. The past few times I've been, I haven't had a positive experience. Overall, the experience was different this time due to COVID. Everyone was wearing a mask, but I felt like the salon was very busy, and they weren't taking social distancing seriously. They did, however, ask us to wash our hands upon arrival. I got a gel manicure, and the technician seemed very rushed. I didn't even get my nails buffed! The rushed service took away from the relaxing experience. It's been three days, and my gel has already come off. If I'm paying 50 dollars to get my nails done, I hope it lasts longer than a week. I've had this experience with the salon before, and I'm sad to say that the nails never last very long. The staff is friendly, and they take day of appointments if you need something in a hurry. read more

I thought Jackson was supposed to be THE place to visit anywhere 'round these parts. I thought only the finest establishments were here since you can empty your bank account while staying at some of the nicer hotels and dining at the top-tier restaurants in the 'Hole.' Logically, I assumed all nail/spa/waxing establishments would be great in this area. Never assume. #lessonlearned Here's the deal. My eyebrows need a little maintenance from time to time. No shame in that. My wife was shopping at some interesting little spot in town & I found Pro Nails. I thought to myself, "I'll clean up the ol' eyebrows and impress the wifey." I walked in and was greeted right away. I asked if they could take care of my eyebrows. They instantly replied, "Twelve dollar." Immediately the woman had me follow her back to the waxing room. It wasn't as well-kept as I had anticipated - almost a little grimy. I wondered if the covering on the waxing table had been changed...like in a week. She had me up on the table almost the moment I set foot in the room and was already slabbing on the warm (not hot) wax before I could even make my head comfortable. I was preparing for the traditional small-talk, when - RIP! She placed and pulled the little strip off of my first eye. Top and bottom. Next eye. Lather, rip. "Ok you done. You go." And she walked out. What just happened? I went up front and paid. TAKE NOTE - this is not an exaggeration. From the moment I walked in until the moment I paid, FOUR MINUTES TOTAL. I was so confused. There was no touch-up plucking. Nothing. I didn't have a chance to look in the mirror. I just assumed that it truly was a PROFESSIONAL job - thus the name of the establishment, "Pro Nails." When I got all the way back to the car, I noticed quite a few stragglers left between my eyelids and my eyebrows. What was the point of all that? What a waste. I wasn't about to go back. So I just got out of this salon. I have never felt so rushed through a gel mani and regular pedi. The whole thing took 30 minutes. I was kicked out of the chair before my nails even dried. The girl who started my pedicure was great. My manicure however was a different story. It was so rushed that he didn't bother covering the entire nail (see picture) and it was lumpy. One nail was so bad that I asked for the lumps to be removed and was told there was none but proceeded to fix it anyways which means they existed. My nails looks at least a week old and are only 5 minutes old and like I painted them myself. Best part was I got charged $80. Same service in other areas averages $50. read more

I am so glad I found a place to get my nails done here in Jackson! When I first moved here the previous reviews of this spot made me think it wasn't worth it, but I gave it a shot anyway and I'm glad I did! I've always gotten square nails, but my first set I tried coffin nails and the second short sharp almond nails and Ben nailed it. I work at a restaurant so I often have my hands covered in sanitizer, and just traveled to Hawaii where I was scratching my hands up climbing over rocks and swimming in the ocean all day- and my acrylics that Ben did (for the second time) made it through without lifting, chipping, or getting scratched. It's now been over the recommended two weeks to get a fill and my set is still going strong. Well worth the price- the quality of the work is fantastic and the service is excellent. I will keep coming back and have recommended many people to Pro Nails. read more

This place was recommended to me by the receptionist at the lodge I stayed in. She said it's the go-to nail spa for locals here. Firstly, I am from Dubai, so our standards are different than the US so I won't be able to give you a competitive review. However, I am someone who gets her nails done on a weekly basis so rest assured my standards are pretty high. The place was always crowded which was comforting because the last reviews of Yelp were far apart and completely opposing so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a soak-off, new set of Gelish manicure & a pedicure. Their technique was surely different than what I am used to but they were still great. Went here on vacation to get our nails done. They rushed through us and when I was getting my mani pedi, they didn't trim my nails or cut my cuticles without me asking multiple times. They also messed up the polish and were not happy when I made them redo nails that had imperfections. Then they cut everyone in my groups nails WAY too short. I am a local salon owner and I made an appointment for 5 pedicures. It's off season so we were all able to get in the same day at the same time. I picked the deluxe pedicure which is $70 and included basic pedi with a hot stone massage, leg massage, parafin dip,and polish. This is an exceptionally well priced service as many locals shops would charge well over $100 for an equal service. The massage was fantastic. Everything, tools, chairs, bowls, they wore gloves, the space was beyond clean. All four technicians were nothing but kind and polite. Our service began 10 minutes early and was finished on time. Ample parking. Aside from all of that my toes look beautiful! I will absolutely come back and as someone who works in the industry I could not recommend this place enough! read more

I went into Pro Nails And showed them exactly what I wanted. Cats eye gel nails and pedi. They had two korean guys working on me at the same time. The toe guy had no idea how to do cats eye but it was a 3 outa 10. The nail guy had NO idea how to do it. Left a chip-rip in my nail and tried gluing it. I asked him to do more of a cats eye that it just loooked like sparkle nail polish. He said it looks beautiful it looks beautiful! So I was guessing he was done. When I left I felt like crying. I go here all the time and it's consistent, relaxing and reasonably priced for Jackson. (Everything is more expensive in Jackson .) I frequently walk-in and they get me in within 10 minutes. Once I asked for a fun surprise and I got zebra bling toenails. It was awesome! Guess this shouldn't be surprising, but people who get their nails done seem pretty spoiled when you read the previous reviews. When it's busy (usually summer) they rush a little, but who can fault any business for trying to accommodate more customers. And yes, sometimes they speak Vietnamese bc most of them are from Vietnam. Makes sense to me. If you need your nail technician to speak perfect un-accented English, I can recommend a great diversity class for you. read more

Terrible and over priced. I do not recommend unless you are in desperate need. Rude custimer service, employees dont even speak to you at all. To busy on there phones and ipads. I had shellac and they had me soak my hands in what felt like acid for way to long. Clipped around nail beds so now my cuticles are all torn up. Paid for a shellac manicure, got a half ass paint job no manicure. Very limited selection of colors, and tech could not paint designs and no others would help.
