I have been using Diva's nail for 18 months now. I only get a pedicure, so I can't speak of their manicures ( although 90% of the customers I see are getting them and are happy with the results) The salon is very clean and managed well. Jenny usually does my pedicure,but when she's not there the other technicians are also great. My pedicure lasts 6 weeks. It is also a quick stop. I don't like to spend 60-90 minutes for a pedicure. So I popped in here because it's an area I frequently visit. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I picked my color while the tech worked on my nails. I got a dip refill & regular pedicure. I wasn't too impressed with my pedicure, it was ok. Not bad or good, just meh. My hands were done really well. I haven't been wowed by a nail techs work on my hands in years. Well this place did an amazing job on my nails. The tech did try to get me to do a design and a higher priced pedicure, I politely declined, and she immensely dropped it. No harm, no foul. I came to this nail salon with my best friend on a girls trip. We called up and they were not busy so we decided to get gel manicures. They have a lot of color choices which I really appreciated. My nails came out nice, I really love the hot pink color. 32 dollars for a gel manicure I felt was kind of a high price, but my nails came out good so I am happy. read more

Danny did a perfect job! Told him about my previous nail job issues because he asked! He actually listened and put his two cents in. Where as other nail spa's don't really listen and just try to get through the process as fast as they can. He did a very good detailed job with re-shaping ( which is harder to do for a fill ) and after did a great with a gel polish as well. I always do coffin shape, and this is a more skilled shape to do, and even then they are still sleek and just the perfect amount of sharpness just how I like them! No! No! No! I got my nails done by this lady that had no idea what she was doing. Danny could tell because as soon as the lady walked away, he came over and tried hard to fix what was done. He said he didn't like the cuticles so he was pushing back on it hard that it hurt!! like this was my fault, he was huffing and puffing. Cuticle maintenance is part of a manicure so why am I being tortured for it not being taken care of with that lady?? By this time it had already been 2 hrs and I told him I have an appt, I need to leave soon n he proceeded to try and fix the unfixable. Low and behold, he couldn't fix it and his wife came up and tried to charge me for that mess and I told her I'm not paying for this. She said ok I'm sorry I just charge for pedicure, she said next time ask for me. I was like... so it's my fault???!!!! How about next time don't hire people that Do Not know what they are doing???!!! And what makes her think I'll be coming back?! What I need to do is go back and get them to pay for my wax appt that I missed due to them taking 3 hrs to mess me up. I came with my brother's girlfriend and we were promptly greeted and asked if we don't mind waiting (which we didn't, being that it's Sunday and they were working on other customers). We came from a different nail salon that completely botched both of our nails and we just were not satisfied (especially me, having just had my nails done YESTERDAY). I believe Danny was the one who did both of our nails & he was super friendly & actually took his time to shape and file my nails down to what I like and totally fixed what the last place did! I'm new to this area and trying to find a friendly nail salon that does amazing work. I walked in with no appointment on a Sunday around lunch time. There were maybe 5 customers being attended to with no one in the waiting area. I was greeted by a nail tech doing a customer's nails and was asked what I was needing to get done. I told her "dip" and she asked, "Do you have time to wait?" and I did. I sat in the waiting area and no more than 5 minutes later, the nail tech was complaining to the customer that was at her station that I was a walk-in and that "it's hard when you have people with appointments and then 'these' people walk-in." It was VERY unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable so I left. I was willing to wait, but she didn't seem like they wanted me there. They could've been professional and made me aware that they're an appointment only salon. I was hoping this place was good , given the reviews, but it was the complete opposite for me. Even though I didn't get any services done, the respect and professionalism is definitely lacking. read more

I have been a customer of Diva Nail Spa for over 5 years & saw many owners/management teams come & go -- the last being the worst During my last pedicure, a man provided the service -- who I believe to be the new manager or owner. 2 minutes into my pedicure & the half-ass pushing back of my cuticles, his cell phone went off & he pulled it out of his back pocket to check the text message that he just received. As if reading the message wasn't rude enough during a service that I was paying for, he then proceeded to scroll through his pictures for 3-4 minutes! His rudeness didn't stop there. He had the audacity to reply to that text message. My foot, which had now been out of the water for 5+ minutes, was very cold & I literally had to bite my lip to keep from saying something to him about his inappropriate behavior. Against my better judgement, I opted to give him the benefit of the doubt & believe this was an isolated incident. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY GUT! Yep, this guy had the nerve to respond to yet another text within 2 minutes from the 1st text. Although my face may have been a dead give-away of my displeasure, again I opted to be nice & remain silent. I wish I could say that my pedicure experience got better but it didn't. I was 1 of 2 people in the salon; however, this guy was clearly in a hurry....but in a hurry for what, I'm not sure. While he was vigorously rubbing oil into my leg (no lotion.... just oil), his metal watch band caught on my big toe nail, yanked my foot forward & I said "ouch!" He never even acknowledged that he hurt me! For me, getting a pedicure is a treat & a time for me to relax once a month; however, that is not what I got from Diva Nail Spa. I'm not sure what happened to the last manager, Kim, but she was amazing & always took wonderful care of her customers. I won't be back! read more

Was up here on business and found this gem on my way back to the hotel. This place is amazing! It has a ton of colors and very affordable!! I got my gel manicure and pedicure and everyone was super nice. They even fit me in for an eyelash extension without an appointment and it is the BEST EXTENSION I've ever had. I've been wearing extensions for years and have never had them done this well, even with my regular salon back in Houston. Will definitely return on my next business trip in Dallas!! read more

I have been going here for a good 2 years now, on and off until Kim introduced me to the new powder dip which helps your nails grow and is thinner like a real name especially since I can't grow my own. I fell in love with them!! I recently moved from Hurst to South Arlington and mistakenly went somewhere else. Let me tell you they were not the same and they were horrible. I came back to this location and they fixed them up and made them beautiful again!! It doesn't even matter who you get and if you are getting a mani or a pedi or nails EVERYONE there is AMAZING and NICE! I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them! I will not be going back. Was there Friday to get a pedicure. The selection of nail polish is mostly junk off the shelf you can buy at a box pharmacy (still with price stickers where it was purchased). During the pedicure I had to ask for a new pumice stone because they use the same one over and over which is against health code. In addition, the metal instruments were not removed from a sterilized package. When the lady went to use the OPI polish I had selected, the polish was clumpy and the brush was damaged so she found one on the shelf that was the closest to what I had chose. The bottle had not brand name on it at all. After 3 hours, the polish had still not dried so I had to remove it. Total waste of $ read more

The staff was friendly and the location was clean. An older lady did my nails and she cut me several times and made my cuticles bleed. When she was using the machine to shape my nails she burned me several times on top of cuts she had already did. I don't know if she couldn't see very well or was inexperienced. I asked her to make my nails thinner and they were very bulky & misshaped. I then showed her a picture of a design that I wanted she did it incorrectly. I will not go back to this location ever! I'm so disappointed on the appearance of my nail that I'm going to have to pay to get them redone somewhere else! read more

Been 8-10 times. No more. They pretend to open up sanitized instruments but they aren't sealed...just dump it out. Use there own storage cases that look filthy. Soaker bowls dumped and just restacked. Pulled a hangnail on my foot and blood and pain followed with no warning or apologies. Had wax on brows and she actually cut my forehead with trim scissors. Had to point out blood. Pressured me into gel nails. Her station was dirty with clipped nails/cloths that were not new or clean. Omg. Hope I didn't get a disease. Never again. I went here with a couple of friends to get ready for a wedding and left very frustrated! The ladies were nice enough, but the visit left a bad taste in my mouth. All three of us got pedicures and one of us got a manicure with (I believe) gel nails as extensions.Now, I am by no means a regular at any salon, so at the end of my pedicure when they ask for a flower I said yes, not knowing that it was five dollars extra. While that was disappointing it was more upsetting that I wasn't told it would be extra. I was just offered a flower and then told at the register what price it would be for everything. I has to ask what the extra five dollars to the total would be and that is when I found out about the additional cost. Then one of the ladies I went with got her nails done, but they were more like talons when they got done with them. These nails were extremely think and pointed, something you would expect from a beginner, not someone that's been in business a while. read more
