This establishment needs major help with their customer service. The staff is either rude or does not even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They also seem to be very selective of their clientele. I live close to this salon and will sometimes pop in to see if there is a wait. Every time I have went, they seem to either rush the service or turn me away. I'll take my money and business elsewhere. read more

When I first walked in I asked to get a pedicure and one of the guys asked me to pick a seat and someone will be with me I chose a seat and there was no water in the tub. I awkwardly sat there waiting until one of the workers finally put water in the tub. Finally when another guy came to start my pedicure. He rushed through and painted my toes terribly. He had to redo my big toe 3 times because he didn't wait for the paint to dry to put the clear paint on. I was not happy when I left. My toes were still wet but I didn't want to be there anymore I was starting to get annoyed. read more

I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked through the door. I sat there 30 minutes and no one ever said a word to me. They were talking to the current customers that were there and I didn't even get a "hey" or a "may I help you" I got up and walked out. Went to my normal salon in Whitsett and was greeted and asked "May I help you" before the door closed. read more

If you don't go here you are missing out! The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. I see Kenny every two weeks and he's amazing. Very accommodating, reasonable priced and they are so friendly. They have awesome people skills and make you feel right at home. Highly recommended and I won't go anywhere else. read more

just now I witnessed a very rude customer in the salon today as I got my gel manicure. She was upset that her granddaughter (who looked to be in her later teens) , had requested an additional service during her pedicure and that resulted in a $5 extra charge. She blamed the salon and the owner for allowing a minor to make that decision. Now mind you, they weren't seated together, the grandmother was getting a manicure in a different area. The very rude customer made a huge scene in the front of the salon, yelling and demanding her services comped and said it was the salon's responsibility to clear services with her and that they should have known that she was the one paying. The lady was ridiculously out of line and showed the level of class she possessed. Myself and other customers were appalled, and apologized to the employee for the blatant disrespect and abuse she endured at the hands of a woman who was not only out of line but WRONG. I commend this salon for handling this customer with dignity as I'm not so sure I could have remained so composed. Also, btw, I love Diva and got an amazing chrome manicure today and they ALWAYS have the best pedicure available in Burlington. read more

Services are good but the pricing is a little much. They charge quite a bit more than other places we've been.

2nd time in the shop and brought friends both times. The first trip my friend was very unhappy and i vowed not to come back. However, with the long wait at my normal salon, we gave it yet another try. I asked for a design and she said she could do it but once she started I told her she would need a glitter and they didn't have the right materials. I let her proceed even though I was not happy. I ended up telling her to just do the base color and leave out the design. She wiped the old polish off my nail with an attitude and painted over the spots with out cleaning the nail. My friend walked out with gel nails that were not the color she expected and the attention to detail lacking. They overlooked the sides and ends for a finished look. Pretty unhappy and now I will be going to my normal salon for repair. read more

i went here because my normal salon was closed, and i will never go back. i left with my nails being thin and lumpy, the gel polish had so many bubbles in it, and the shape was off. i have broken 4 nails, all in the same spot with less than a week of wear. i spent $60 on the worst nails i've ever had. won't be going back read more

Diva Nail Spa - not even a week of having them and i've had 4 nails break - Nail Salons Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

I was in last week for a pedicure and had the worst one ever. They were busy and rush it and the nail polish chipped in 2 days. The lady beside started 10 minutes before me and was done 15 minutes after me. read more

I have used this nail salon in the past for solar nails and pedicures and been pleased. They are a little pricey but I like the way the solar nails are buffed and do not require waiting on polish to dry. This trip I purchased the Mani/Pedi $38 special and added an additional $10 for french tips. The actual manicure and pedicure was great but the technician only put on one coat of polish for the white and one for the top coat. She also did not paint the edge of the nail to prevent chipping. By end of the day I could see small chips at the edge of each nail and by the end of day two, the polish for one whole nail came off. I did not do anything that should make that occur. No swimming, no cleaning, no gardening! What a rip off! Highly dissatisfied with the results. After two days I am going to pay to have my nails polished again! read more

Been there a few times for mani and pedis. Been very happy with the work they do. Went in to have a full set put on very happy with the look. Very fast and beautiful work. They just updated the whole salon very elegant. read more

I've been going to this salon since it opened. Today was the worst experience and I'll never go back. After spending1.5 hours at this place, the only thing that was completed was removing my gel polish. Very unorganized and understaffed. The owner was rude and his cohort beside him kept telling everyone how many days of the week they work. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this establishment. read more

Was in here today with my daughter, usually this is my favorite place until today had the most unpleasant and un professional lady named Linda doing my daughters nails. Before she starts to paint her nails she demands to be paid first before any services were done I expressed how I've been here before and never had to pay first I go ahead an pay and say I guess I will not tip cause in my personal opinion this is RUDE she then says she can call her manager I say no it's ok please finish so we can leave I will post on fb and review the place and she then dials her manager on her personal phone and try's to force me into talking to her..... NEVER AGAIN THOS PLACE HAS GONE TO SHIT read more

I was running lil late to work and they managed to get my nails done just in time! Great staff and wonderful nails :)

I have had average to almost good experiences at this nail salon, but today was terrible. We got here early and waited for them to open. They arrived late and only one person was here. The other workers were slow to arrive, and they were hustling trying to turn everything on such as lights and music. Skip to the part where our feet are soaking and then they say they only have two people to do pedicures and one will have to wait. I tell them to go ahead and give them to my husband and step son, since I am going to stay and have a manicure. They say that won't work because the man giving me a pedicure REFUSES to give men pedicures. I have never been more shocked! He would not touch my husband's feet. The last couple times we tried to walk in they were severely understaffed, and I think this is a theme here. They do a solid B job on average but I am going to have to try some other salons after this. read more

The only good thing about this salon is the eyebrow wax. The staff seriously needs a customer service class. Unwelcoming attitudes. The place is pretty and elegant, but that doesn't matter considering the subpar acrylic nails. read more

Horrible customer service. Very fancy environment with crystal chandeliers and all. However all of that doesn't matter if your service doesn't match. They pick and choose who they're going to treat nicely or with respect. My daughter and I went I and the lady treated my 5 year old horribly. I was shocked and offended. I will never frequent this nail salon again read more

This shop needs a major class in customer service. It amazes me how they can understand some customers English but others they don't understand. They know how to say a different price each time for services, but don't seem to understand when you ask them how much! It seems like there employees are scared of them maybe that's why they can't keep employees!! Even the owners husband packed up!! Ok I can't forget this..... please be sure u ask how much kids are because depending on there height that's the price you'll get!! At the end of the day everybody wants to be treated with respect especially when your spending hard working MONEY read more
