He is a kind buffer before a potentially stressful appointment. For my cleaning, Jennifer was amazing. Where other dentists and their assistants at other practices have caused me discomfort, Jennifer was conscientious and careful and did a remarkably good job at my teeth cleaning. Today Dr. Oh fixed a crown that had been bothering me for some time. He explained everything that he was going to do and then explained it while he did it. In using the Novocain he was very conscientious of any discomfort he might cause me. But thankfully he did such a good job that he did not cause me any discomfort. The overall kindness and thoughtfulness of this dentist office is truly remarkable. I highly recommend anyone go to this dentist office for anything that they need done.

He is very detail and cared about my priorities. I tend to be a perfectionist so it took a bit longer than we initially expected, but he heard my very detailed concerns and always took action towards addressing them. My mom sees Dr. Gialanella. She has a complicated history of gingivitis that has cause other issues but she can't be in better hands. She has maintain her oral health and Dr. Gialanella referred her to other amazing specialists that helped taking care of the additional issues. I can go on and on about how great they are as professionals and humans. But, I want to dedicate a few lines to their staff who are equally awesome!
