I love all things horror related and the escape rooms were a nice added bonus. There were plenty of guests screaming and being scared which is always fun, but it almost seemed like they needed more workers in some areas. There were so many places that they could have had people jump out or simply be. . .and they didnt. . It was still fun, but I wouldnt say that I thought it was scary in the slightest. The escape rooms were cool! I love doing them!! And we really enjoyed the haunt actors - we found them to be them most engaging and entertaining we've experienced in quite a while. The haunt itself was fun and pretty creative - we saw sets that we haven't seen at other haunted houses. We really enjoyed the experience once we got inside the haunt. A couple things were disappointing though. First, they have their own parking lot and it costs you $5 cash only to park. I have only experienced this at one other haunted house and I will never understand this. Just charge a few more dollars for tickets. Second, we had timed entry tickets which one would think would make things less crowded and not so long of a wait to get in. We had 8:30 pm tickets - after waiting in line to check in and get our wristbands we got in line at 8:40 pm. We did not get inside of the haunt until 10:19 pm. This was honestly so outrageous - why is there a timed entry if you have to wait in line for an hour and 45 minutes to even get inside? I understand they offer a fast pass but there weren't a lot of people using that, that it would slow things down. Once inside it is only about 15 minutes to walk through. Most haunts I've experienced are around 30 or more minutes. Overall, we enjoyed the haunts actors but, it wasn't worth the wait or the drive.

The ambiance was sooo cool and spooky inside Eloise, I met a ton of new people and got to explore part of the building, but I was too nervous for the haunted attraction. The music is SO loud that I had to plug my ears to protect the tiny hairs inside. It is also the worst music I have ever heard in my life. My partner described it as "coked up frat boy".
