The owner lied to us about the machine we were looking at and told us…read morethat it had just been serviced and he talked about the expense of all the new parts and actually told us he had tuned it up after all these repairs. He said he would also give us 4-5 extra accessories with our cash purchase. The machine doesn't run, it overheats as soon as it is turned on! We just bought it 3 days ago, and he refuses to give us our money back!! It's been a nightmare dealing with these guys. The accessories were suddenly not available and he now says he can't get them anymore?!?!!!! :-[ They need to be closed down.

He kept blaming the business that he picked it up from. 4 times with a wrong part.! The first three times the part was a small electric piece with 2 wires and the 4th time a large box with the housing that has magnets attached. I asked him why he didn't know the difference in part sizes. He just kept blaming the parts vendor. It is very obvious to me he did not know what he was doing. I called two different numbers on the receipt trying to reach the owner or manager. One number is just a voicemail and the other number is the repairman answering "hello" not the business name greeting. There were so many red flags but since he had half of the money in cash ( to avoid the 5.5% cc fee) I felt I was stuck with this repairman. After having an ugly conversation (ugly from me) he returned my 250.00 cash. He wanted to put my washer back together but I refused. Did not want someone that didn't know what he was doing to do anything else to my appliance. I'm very lucky to get my cash back. This is the most unprofessional repair business I have ever dealt with. So very frustrating and disappointing. I have wasted over a week with this nonsense. Terrible experience.

I'm buying wood in the raw and finishing it myself, but he also has chairs, tables and other finished products too if you're in the market for something like that. When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. I came here once, looked around, took notes and then went home and did my research. When I figured out which model would best suit me, I came back to buy. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to return should I need to replace another major appliance.
