Do not use. They will not contact you. We were assigned Century Appliances by our home warranty company and the experience was awful. After a month of not hearing back from century appliances, we begged to be changed to a difference service company for our claim. This was just for an ice maker. I can't imagine having century appliances for a more important repair. read more

This is the worst company to ever deal with. Take my advice and save your time and money. Benito was supposed to order a part on Tues. and install on Friday. He never came or called. We have Choice Warranty and this was the company they sent. None of their companies are of quality. Because of this we now have water in our sheetrock, and our carpet is soaked. The quality of the products seem to have gone down. My parents recommended this used appliances store. I know they've purchased quality products before but it seems that time has not been kind to this business. They offer warranties: 1 yr, or 2 year. $150 per year. They'll work a deal with you if you purchase 2 appliances or more (like fridge, washer, and dryer). It can be hard to contact the repair guy. Having a repair done is a little work but just make sure to have the warranty receipt handy to prove to wife of owner that you purchased a warranty and that it's still active. Then she'll schedule a ballpark repair time. Then the repairman (the son) will come by and look at the machine, assess, and let you know what the problem is, if it's covered they'll take care of it. If not covered they'll tell you what you can do to minimize the costliness, or if it just really needs a complete overhaul. Unfortunately with the fridge we purchased, it was just not worth the hassle. Ice kept collecting in the fridge/freezer and food was going bad quickly. In order to get the ice out we would have had to empty out the contents for 3 days and let the fridge AIR OUT. And where we put our food for that time was up to us...SUPER helpful. So we got rid of the fridge. But we still have the washer and dryer. Both machines gave us some issues in the beginning but it's probably been a year since we bought them and we haven't had any repairs done in probably 8 months. So I'll take it. They weren't super expensive and they get the job done. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a fridge that because of Alejandro it took 4 days to get delivered. This started Tuesday and we were supposed to get it Saturday at 1pm. We were paying $500 which is what the Fridge was posted for. 12:48pm Alejandro texts me that " HIS GRANDPA GOT $600 so the fridge is sold to someone else" Have a good day. What kind of slime ball breaks his 1st sell for a better one?? ALEJANDRO AND CENTURY APPLIANCES that's who. Beware of the people and all of the lies. Alejandro told me he could warrranty because he was going out of business. I called today and his employee told me he wasn't. 11/5/18. So they don't stand behind the products they sell. BUYER BEWARE!!! If I would of known this I would of used pay pal or gone over there the 1st day. He told me his dad has pay pal and we can do it the day I pick it up. All just lies!!!!! Never ever buy from here again!!!!! Bought a used dryer had it delivered of course that was an extra $60 because on 3rd floor apt. A few weeks after it started screeching really loudly.... to the point it started smelling like it could cause a fire. Being it's under warranty we brought it back ourselves because they were going to charge us another pick up fee.... so we saw they were open on Sunday & went there NOPE they were closed. And we went at time they said they were open. Finally got it dropped off later that week. Three weeks later still no dryer. Always an excuse when we call. I want our money back. Mr. Rivera is not only interested in the original sale but he is going to make sure that your appliance is not installed correctly, so he can charge you later on to fix it. We purchased a dish washer from him which was not secured to the cabinet. A couple of months later there was a leak and when we contacted him he indicated that his trip charge is $50 (for a $200 dishwasher). We called someone else and the problem was the vibration of the appliance. Once it was properly installed it has worked fine. When I contacted Mr. Rivera all I got was a bad attitude from him as well as from the woman that answers the phone, which I later discovered is his daughter but does not admit it because she is receiving government assistance and is not supposed to be working. To add to the situation, we later found a similar dishwasher but newer and in better condition for $100 in the Crosstimbers area. Those folks deliver for $50 and offer a 6 month guarantee without a trip charge. Stay away from this place. A rip off all around. read more

They do not honor their warranty. I bought a refrigerator from them. The ice maker did not work. They told me to wait a day for it to start working. It never did. I have called them 3 times and set appointments for them to come out. They never show up and they never call. It's obvious that they have no intention of honoring the warranty. I highly recommend it, very honest people, They fixed my dryer and was given a one year warranty service, good price
