The prices in this store are astronomical, and not only on their animals, but also on their plants, supplies, and feeders. Beyond that they're a cash only store, and they blame that on payment processor fees. Trouble with that is your markup on products MORE than compensate for the fees charged by visa, and even the ones charged by more expensive companies like American Express and Discover. Honest mistakes certainly happen in business. But these are no mistakes, they're simply dishonest. Buying livestock from MorphMarket would be cheaper (even with shipping costs) than buying from here, and you'll have the added benefit of knowing you're purchasing from a reputable breeder, and not a second hand scammer. They only get the one star for cleanliness. Overall, I will never return to this store, and I'd highly advise that you don't pay them an initial visit. Get animals from real breeders, and get supplies down the street from Petco. These people are swindlers.

I was able to get the frogs I wanted (and a few more), and check out a lot of really cool other critters. The staff are pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would say I'd go back again, but it's a six hour flight each way. ;) They're cash only, though they have an ATM on site. This is a narrow margin industry and I absolutely get why.
