On top of that, during recent visits I've noticed the popcorn hasn't been as fresh as it used to be. Between the decline in quality and poor customer service, this experience was really off-putting. If this is the level of service being offered now, I'll be choosing Cinemark going forward, where the popcorn is better and the customer service is more welcoming.

Lines moved fast, staff were polite, and the temperature was good. The seats were large cushy recliners in good shape. Wheelchair users should plan to sit in back or walk down the steps as there is room to leave the chair safely out of the way (which one of our number did) as it's all stairs down the aisle.
